Nice room, quite satisfactory

We had driven six hours to our destination and our front office staff was super helpful and understanding. Our pull-out bed had an absolutely terrible mattress on it. You could hear and feel every spring and coil.

It was overall great loved the breakfast. However the room had tile issues in bathroom and by entry door. The pull out was broken, but we made due.

Nice hotel with large breakfast that had lots of options! Only complaint is front staff lady arguing with male customer about late checkout charges. They were yelling at each other and made for an awkward situation for me waiting in line. Overall a lovely family friendly place to stay!

Beautiful property, excellent made to order breakfast, large bathroom. Although the room was clean overall, the covers over the box springs were filthy and one of our covers had blood and dirt all over the side. I am not sure why that would not have been caught by staff while making the beds. I would return to stay at this property again, but would definitely check the bed cleanliness next time before going to bed.

It took over 5 minutes to find parking. The person checking us in was rude. The pool was closed because a child threw up in the pool. The elevator took forever. The room smelled weird and had greasy hand prints on the wall. The shower head leaked. Needless to say...we won't be back.

It was great. Several issues were dealt with promptly, as lack of bedding for the sofa bed (booking was for 4), lack of towels for 4, and poor drainage in the shower. Upon checkout, I reported the toilet handle seemed about to come off, and I hope it was addressed. Food and service were excellent.

I had a very bad experience. The room was not clean and sticky , the covers had rips in them the ice bucket was broken. I called 2 times for housekeeping no one ever came. I called to let them know no one came and they said house keeping is gone. I ask for new towels and I was told there were none clean. At checkout I asked to speak to a manager and no one was available to help me. This was the worst experience i’ve had at a embassy suites and i am very disappointed

The grout and silicone seals in the showers in the rooms need to be really cleaned. They are ALL moldy. This happens. No big deal, but it needs to be cleaned. Seeing little pieces of mold and mildew fall off when the glass doors swing open and closed is gross. Also, the couches in the rooms are TERRIBLE. They aren't even usable to sit on let alone pull out and sleep on. The one big plus is that the lobby is always fresh and clean and a good place to spend time with a group. The morning breakfast is also great... the cooks/chefs are always very friendly and accommodating.

Our room was very clean and comfortable Just wish better snacks at the reception. Omelets delicious at cooked to order breakfast.

First let me start off by saying that I came to Naperville to visit family, and this was the closest hotel around to stay at. After eating the hotel’s breakfast omelette, I immediately became sick, and my stomach started hurting really bad, my body was shaking and it felt like I was about to pass out. I was up all night vomiting and could not stop. I still feel sick, and I didn’t pay all of this money to stay at this hotel, to become sick. I would like half of my payment back, and if I do not get half of my payment back, I will have to take legal action towards the hotel, and take them to court.

Lobby is upsale, however the furniture in the rooms are dated. Embassy Suites are no longer my hotel of choice

The staff was extremely professional and helpful. Very attentive to clients needs and would help immediately. The facility and rooms are very clean and orderly. A wonderful experience for all travelers!

The staff was very kind and friendly. The rooms was not in the best condition. Needs new updates and furnishings. The bed was comfortable. Overall good stay.
