Property was close to restaurants and the area is well kept. Hotel had some parking issues and bar staff does not enforce or monitor lobby rules In a fair, unbiased manner.

No hot water all 4 days. I had to call management everyday and wait for maintenance to come and fix issue. Also, sink drain would not work properly. Very poor experience and poorly run property. Very dissatisfied.

We have stayed here several times. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are clean and spacious, the breakfast buffet is great--especially the omelettes. Highly recommend when visiting Naperville and surrounding area.

Hotel was extremely loud — was having a huge party which I understand but it was over the top. Pool had a huge black stain in the bottom that looked like mold or some type of algae. Whole downstairs smelled like vomit. No parking (had to park in a neighboring hotel lot). Ended up leaving at 11:30pm and came home.
