Beautiful room! The staff were very friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay and were only a text away. Very clean room with a luxurious bathroom and linens. We were able to request a personal fan and a sound machine which were in our room upon arrival. The Zorba cocktail bar was very classy yet comfortable with several signature drinks. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We stayed here because we got married here a year ago. We just wanted to enjoy the hotel since everything was so chaotic last time. We love the hotel and the bars and restaurants on site. The staff is wonderful. The only thing that sucks is the amount they charge for incidentals. I get charging a card if something happens but $250 EXTRA is a bit extreme. I realize we got the money back but that’s money we had to make sure we transferred into our account so we had enough to cover it all.

I've stayed here many times over the years. The cleanliness is always good however this time I noticed this standard was lacking a little. Specs of idk what on the toilet seat as I arrived and some dust build up on the bathroom shelf with towels, above the bed headboard and under the tv as well. I took care of the toilet myself and dealt with the dust.
Upon check out the man at the desk was very kind and accommodating and walked me out (through a meeting area) to get to my car. I have to say it was still a good stay. Overall experience was good.

I called the front desk early Saturday the 14th and got a hold of someone that was extremely rude and did not want to answer any of the questions that were very simple like what time does the bar close when is check out very unprofessional and not answer anything about my room I asked if it had a microwave no answer I asked what side of the building I would be on I wanted to Be on the odd side of the building instead no answer should not be working front desk if he is going to have an attitude.

Toilet would run really weird for a couple minutes like it was going to spit out water. Bed was like sleeping on a rock so we had a horrible nights sleep. And then housekeeping kept my $30 stainless steel water bottle that was left in the fridge. I called 30 min after we checked out and front desk said they would have them bring it down. Of course they claimed they “didn’t have it”, but it was in the fridge and we never left the room until check out. So it was definitely in there. Very disappointing.

Best hotel in area…..and very clean and comfortable and they have LaVazzo Italian coffee next to hotel. Might cost $50-$80 more per night but in the long run it’s worth it!
