前台服務態度極差，攜程平台定的豪華房間到店後説沒有了，衹有普通的標間，然後前台説，你想住就住，不想住就退。我説我和攜程協商，畢竟這不是我的錯，前台説，“你們怎麼這麼麻煩”。後來當著所有人的麪説，我們酒店不怕攜程投訴和罰款。我們趕路十幾個小時路且在半夜疲憊不堪下勉強住到房間裏之後，房間設施你們自己看，破敗不堪，花灑漏水，而且對面是一個演藝廳，凌晨兩點還在吵，音樂聲能把人震到飛起，霓虹燈閃到不行，千萬不要住這裏！高反加沒有安靜的休息，旅途的人們你們一定知道什麼感覺。最後早上8點退房時候前台還在睡覺。這根本就不是一個正規的酒店，服務員沒有任何培訓。千萬不要住！

服務：除了戴美瞳的前台之外另外的那些前台不僅態度差還説家鄉話陰陽怪氣的，説酒店有老鼠她就説正常現象，之前也有，換房子也是一樣。不解決問題！
衞生：打掃的阿姨態度很好熱情，好評
設施：熱水要開很久才能熱

酒店大樓外觀和一樓大廳看着挺好的，房間內部是真的很差，一陣一陣的聞到臭味，房間內的電話☎️是個擺設，電話線都沒有插上。夜裡一點多被敲門、擰門把手的聲音嚇醒，洗手間的毛巾上一大塊兒污漬，還有短的黑色毛髮，衞生真是很差

房間很大很乾凈，物有所值，周圍也方便買東西，前台態度挺好的，而且打掃衞生的服務人員很細心，我説不用打掃了，還給我拿了礦泉水

環境和衞生都特別好，但是前台態度特別差，感覺要免費住一樣，最氣憤的是住了兩天準備繼續續住一天時，説沒有房，已經全部預訂完，讓我退房，我好奇的是先退房，再有空房時才不是網上可以訂？不問不顧，直接默認我會走，真有點無語，

充電器放大堂丟了，浴室衹有非常燙的水 沒法洗漱沒法洗澡 叫服務員去修理 直到退房也沒去。氧氣得花錢，還沒有加濕器。大堂長期沒有人，屋裡的電話還是壞的
