Really liked the convenience of the shuttle bus to and from the narita airport terminals. The service was really quick and easy as well - auto check in and check out! Timetables of the bus services are readily available at the lobby too.

Exceeds our expectation even though we only had 1 night to rest before our morning flight. Impressed by the self-card machine upon arriving!! There were staffs on standby to assist us if I needed help with the machine too. I appreciate the time availabilities of the shuttle bus service which makes travelling to airport super comfortable in the early morning to catch our 8am flight. 🥰

Perfect hotel for a transit stop to/from Narita airport, 60 km away from Tokyo.
Free regular shuttle buses from / to terminal 2/1.
Free breakfast which is fair enough, nothing spectacular!.

The hotel is really clean, the pipes under the sink were clean when using the tub. Breakfast was delicious and there’s a wide selection of warm food (mainly Asian Japanese style food). There’s even a 24 hours Lawson at the hotel which is very convenient. Airport shuttle service to the hotel is fast and frequent from mainly terminal 2 and 1. Would stay here again if I have a transfer at Tokyo Narita.

Arrived at Narita Airport late at night.
Long Q at Bus stop 31b for free shuttle to the hotel.
Like the self quick check in and check out system.

It is a great stop for anyone needing to transit through Narita. They have all the necessary amenities with a very busy Lawson at the lobby as well. The airport shuttle is on time and efficient ( pick up from terminal 2 is at bus stop 31-B as of now)
Few points to note if you’re fussy: it can get loud as parts of the terminal is right next to the hotel, room may smell like cigarettes even if it’s a non smoking room and the they will be stringent with the check out time of 10am
