踏着秋葉的腳步，來到了山裡那須山樂，温泉之旅中的一站，非常的享受忘卻了一切煩惱，放鬆的心情與友把酒言歡，不枉秋末此行，巳經在計劃下一個目標啦。

Liked it a lot. Traditional japanese dinner and breakfast was super. Traditional rooms also super experience. Onsens bery beautiful in autumn colors. So as part of a japan trip i would include this hotel. Also garden is very pretty. Thanks for super stay!

93歳の母と一緒に那須の温泉に行こうということになり、候補の数軒の中で、以前宿泊したことがあり、母にも馴染みがあるということで、山楽にしました。 部屋は、前回同様4階の那須高原が見渡せる眺めのよい部屋でした。露天風呂は今まで宿泊した温泉の中で一番広く、木々に囲まれている上、ちょうど他の客がいなかったので、ゆったりと寛ぐことができました。 食事は、お椀、お造り、揚げ物、栃木牛、トウモロコシ御飯などおいしかったです。高齢の母も揚げ物、栃木牛は少し残しましたが、あとはしっかり食べていました。 対応してくれたスタッフの方々は、皆感じがよかったです。特に、夕食を担当してくれた若い女性スタッフは一生懸命対応してくれたので、楽しく食事ができました。 車椅子を利用した場合、所々に数段の階段があるのは困りますし、設備などの古さを感じる点はありますが、部屋からの眺望と露天風呂とお料理を楽しみにまた宿泊したいと思います。

お金をドブに捨てたような気分です。期待していたのに裏切られ、ガッカリしました。今まで、泊まった宿のなかで1番お値段に見合っていないと強く感じた宿でした。口コミでは高評価の方が多かったので、那須 山楽さんに決めました。普段は口コミは書かないのですが、私のように、貴重な時間とお金を台無しにしてしまう方が増えないようにとの思いが強く、この度は投稿させて頂きます。 まず1番残念だったのは、お食事です。 馬鹿にされているのかと思うくらいでした。 見た目も食事内容も同等価格のお宿と比較すると比べものにならない位、低いレベルに感じました。 食事内容が残念すぎて、最後のデザートは食べる気にもなれなくなり、お断りさせて頂きました。 接客については、特にフロントの方の目配り、気配りが足りません。 高いお金さえ支払えば良いサービスが受けられる訳では無いのだと、つくづく感じさせられたお宿でした。 このままの食事内容とサービスで続けていかれるのであれば、価格の見直しをして頂きたいです。 ある意味、このサービスで、この価格を維持しているのは、すごいと関心致しました。

西館4階ベットの部屋に泊まりました。外の眺望は良いですが大浴場からは一番遠いです。部屋の中や館内は階段・段差が多いので、年配の方は大変かも。 ハイクラスの宿でスタッフさんの教育がしっかりしており、すれ違う時もきちんと挨拶をしてくれます。食事の際担当して頂いた仲居さんも、とても感じの良い方でした。 温泉は大丸源泉掛け流しのまろやかな泉質。湯温も熱すぎず適温で、ゆっくり入る事ができました。 お食事は量がちょうど良く、タイミングよく出して頂きました。沢山食べる方には物足りないかも。 残念な点がいくつかあります。 大浴場ではスリッパをビニールに入れて持ち込むスタイル。袋が勿体無い上、面倒。履き違い防止なら、他にもやり方があるのでは? 大浴場にタオルがあるのはいいのですが、一つ一つビニールに入れるのはどうかと思います。コロナ対策だと思いますが、そこまでやっている宿を見た事がありません。ゴミも出るし、環境的にどうかと思います。 人手が足りないのか、大浴場の清掃やタオルの補充、片付けも行き届いておらず、がっかりしました。 今回比較的安いプランで宿泊しましたが、このクラスの宿だったらもう少し見直して欲しいです。

今回は西那須野からの送迎バスを利用させてもらいました。安全運転で、大きなバスで驚きました。到着してのスタッフのお迎えも丁寧で温かみを感じました。今回の部屋は西館4階でしたが眺めも良く懐かしく感じられました。お部屋はリメイクされていましたが一部に以前のものも適切に利用されていて嬉しくも思いました。温泉も料理も堪能しました。20年ぶりくらいの宿泊でしたが、以前と変わらずすべてにおいて大満足しました。スタッフの方々が世代交代されていましたがどなたも好感度が高く嬉しく思いました。
