The rooms are not clean, i checked 4 different rooms, 2 didnt have window and very small, all the rooms are smoking rooms but no proper maintainence, there was a lot of smell of cigarette smoke in all the 4 rooms that i checked. The breakfast is horrible, no option and no taste. The staff is good but overstay was very average.

it was tiniest room ever seen in hotel there was no window in it
there was just 10 inch space to go into bathroom
bathroom door was not opening fully
