the location was great m. It was in the downtown area. However the on street parking was not free.

I’d like to say this is my own experience and like with anything it might be different for anyone else. My bad experience is mostly based on the fact that housekeeping never showed up to my room during my 8 day stay. My room was also either abandoned or had not been used in a very long time. Room was dusty and I am almost sure not maintained/serviced since its last guest. The shower floor had not been cleaned in a while and the TV was not working. Not a bad hotel, and the front desk had nice people but it was just not a great experience.

TV didnt work in first room, then second room was smaller when we were switched out to a room with a working TV. Overall enjoyed our stay, nice lobby, staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cute hotel in a historic building with charming original touches. Downtown walkable location.

It was nice to have an affordable place to stay after a function in the same location.

Liked the character of the building; not a cookie cutter hotel. Nice common area. All staff were friendly and personable. They made me feel welcome and would give out complimentary hot chocolate or water to guests. The front desk staff went above and beyond with friendliness. Highly recommend this hotel!

Over excellent place ,breakfast could definitely use some improvement,staff was incredibly awesome ,the bartender was the best !!!!!

Hotel located in the center of downtown. Parking garage located nearby, but I parked on the street next to the hotel without issue. Overall stay was fine. Bed was comfortable. Room is on the smaller side with only a desk chair for seating. Bathroom smaller than typical. Finishes looked a bit tired. Hallway carpets could use a good cleaning. Walking distance to restaurants. Self serve breafast options are meager.

As a previous resident of NB, it was nice to return after 20 years as a tourist and enjoy its varied, rich culture. A glass and new art museum are walking distance and the staff was outstanding. Room was smaller than a typical Hilton/Marriott but very nice.

Excellent stay and very friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is walking distance from many sights, bars, and restaurants. We came just to explore New Bedford and Fall River, and we were not disappointed!

Nice clean rooms, great bar/lounge area to meet friends and relax. Stay on a higher floor if you can - drunk bar patrons at night get loud so lower floors can be loud. Front desk was very kind in letting me check in early. Very walkable and cute shops nearby. Will definitely stay again!

this was a nice hotel in a seemingly active area. I did not get to spend a lot of time walking around the neighborhood, so I can't speak to that. I did park on the street in front of the hotel because I was informed that the hotel parking lot did not have cameras and was not in a safe part of town. Bartenders were nice, service was good, room was clean. All in all, decent place.
