Second time staying here, just spent a weekend with my bestie for her 30th…. Place is clean and quiet, staff is very friendly, rooms are up to date, no weird smells, property is clean, they had the heat on in the room so it was nice and toasty when we checked in yeaterday, prices are great, location is perfect as it is 10 min to New Hope or Peddler’s Village… they also have an outdoor pool and poolside bar
Will def come back in the summer!

Lobby was friendly and inviting; however it was a quite a trek from the lobby to our room. Didn't realize all rooms were on the outside--did NOT seem safe and we did not feel safe.
Overall the room was clean, but the coffee maker was missing the pot. And given that the lobby was a quarter mile away, we just went without. The ceilings had stains/damage that diminished the quality of the room.
The walls were thin and everything in adjoining rooms could be heard. This made for a very anxious night, especially considering that we already did not feel safe.
Since clean and safe are the two priorities I look for when staying in a hotel, we will not be returning to this one.

Pleasantly surprised to find this hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. It is not often I can find a nice, clean hotel that is reasonably priced and pet friendly. It is convenient to both downtown New Hope and Lambertville. I will stay here again.

This a motel. It's decent but overpriced because of the area it's in. The room was drafty and on the small side. Needs overall updating of furnishings, paint, rugs, etc. Only one USB port available for charging.

This property is convenient to where our family lives. It has continued to hang on to mediocrity, barely.
Pro: beds are comfortable. There's a mini fridge and microwave in room. Parking is abundant.
Cons: bathroom is super tiny. Dogs are allowed. We got to listen to someone's barking evening and morning.

It was a very nice hotel. The breakfast was great. It is very close to New Hope town. The room was very comfy. Nice view of the courtyard, so very quiet.

The property was very nice. We were awaken by a noisy group of people at around 2:30 am, and the front desk handled it immediately.
