My buddy and I stayed for a week. We wanted to go fishing offshore, and the location is great for access to a number of different boat launches. There's no room service, but they do have a take out window at the restaurant. The food is acceptable, and is best for breakfast. The rooms are very clean, the microwave, and fridge worked fine, but they turn down the fridge to it's lowest setting (warm), they also remove the control knob so you can't make it any cooler. Without calling the front desk. You're in a high tourist area, with lots of restaurants, and fast food. I would stay there again, because I like the Eggs Benedict. Lastly, be careful who you book your room thru, so you don't have problems with third party bookings. Be sure to confirm your room after booking or paying for your room in advance of your stay! Located directly across from Mystic Village! Good luck on your vacation!

When we arrived the lady at the desk was very nice. The room itself was 58° when we arrived. Absolutely freezing. It took hours for the room itself to get warm. Barely hot water for a shower. Dirty comforter on the bed. The light in the bathroom waa flickering. The ceiling fan in the bathroom was extremely loud. When we went to check out their was nobody at the front desk. The door was actually locked with a cable so we weren't able to leave. We had to walk around the building and leave through another exit. GOD FOR BID THEIR WAS A FIRE WE WOULD HAVE BEEN SCREWED AND WOULDNT BE ABLE TO GET OUT. We left the keys to the room at the front desk hoping someone would see them and check us out when they returned. We will not be returning or staying here again. I would demand a refund but its not worth the aggravation.

It was fine. Nothing out of the ordinary. It was a cheaper hotel not in a bad neighborhood. Quiet right of the highway the rooms have seen better days. There was mold in the bathroom could use some paint doors close hard.... but for the money is a good room.

Hotel was dirty, the heat didn’t work. The lobby was so cold the front desk workers had to wear hats, gloves and winter coats… awful working conditions for the employees. There was no one there when we checked out at 9am. The shower drain didn’t work, and the entire property smelled like smoke

There was no heat in the hallways and the heat was not on in the room when we arrived. It took several hours for the room to warm up. Not a pleasant stay. We've been staying here for years. Seems to be going down hill.

Rooms are clean but the hallways and other areas (except front lobby) could really use some TLC. But it is a low budget hotel. Beds could use better blankets. One bed only had a sheet and duvet cover and the other bed had the sheet and a blanket. The lady at the front desk was not mean but definitely not friendly.

Very Very accommodating Inn. Great location literally near everything. Diner next door great breakfast/lunch options. Olde Mystic Village literally right across the street. The only thing i would say my toilet just didnt flush as first but once i used the shower it all of a sudden started working. I did call the front desk unfortunately the maintenance had gone home but the night front lady was very sweet and i couldnt even be mad. But overall great for a one night stay, maybe two.

Great location across from Olde Mistick Village. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. Walking distance to Aquarium, Seaport, and Downtown Mystic. Staff was pleasant and efficient, room was clean, property is older, but well maintained.
