This was the most horrible stay

The location is very convenient, but it is a bit strange to share the balcony between the rooms

The location is very good. The room is spacious and clean. Maybe because of the epidemic, there are more people in the open air nearby

The staff are so friendly and very helpful especially Kevin from concierge. The surrounding area especially around night time we feel like it is not safe. The vibe at night is not safe if you have kids with you and the stinky smell.

I didn't like the parking situation and i feel that parking should be free come on the room is extremely expensive and the service is definitely not like it used to be....I'm sorry to say i was deeply disappointed.

Great location and easy to get in and out of the property and very walkable area for the area we wanted to explore. Very courteous, friendly, accommodating staff.

Within walking distance to Jackson Square and Bourbon St. Plenty of surrounding bars and restaurants to enjoy.

What a nice hotel. My room was modern chic in design and comfortable. Housekeeping was seamless and excellent daily. Front desk was good customer service. Great location.

I would definitely stay here again during Mardi Gras! The staff was amazing and offered drink vouchers!

Hotel desk service was only OK. Felt like attendants had some unnecessary attitude that I could have done without. Our room was next to Dauphine St. Music from local bars was apparent but expected. Cars and motorcycles sound systems driving by would wake up everyone but the hardest of sleepers. Service outside of front desk staff was very good which included room attendants and concierge. Lose the front desk mentality.

The location was great, the dining options were great, the rooms were modern and ample. The front desk staff was awesome, Eric the concierge/attendant at the door was so helpful and friendly, always pleasant and Tracy at the front desk was wonderful too!

Staff is delightful. Rooms clean. Area near everything and walking distance. Streets dirty and area smells a bit. (Post-mardi gras)

Had a great stay 2/11-2/15. Was able to enjoy the Super Bowl at the restaurant bar downstairs and then Mardi Gras evening events. Great location between Bourbon St & Canal St. Everything is close by and was able to walk safely and comfortably to all fun spots from the hotel. We had a clean room and wonderful service from the staff. No complaints at all except the heater didn’t work in either of my rooms (only blowing cool/cold air??), but was still comfortable. Will return again!

I have zero complaints. The staff was extremely friendly and willing to assist. The place was very clean. And we were in the heart of the action yet tucked away. We will stay here next year when we return for Mardi Gras!!!
