The hotel boasts a superb location. With Thanksgiving and Christmas approaching, the hotel was beautifully decorated, with perfect lighting design. The hotel isn't very tall. Second-floor rooms have a shared terrace, and rooms above have balconies facing the courtyard. Room facilities were adequate but not exceptional, and clean. The only drawback was the lack of professionalism at the front desk. Overall, this hotel is worth recommending.

Here's the translation: "First time visiting New Orleans, full of excitement. However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.
