Wouldn't book again. Paid for balcony, 1st night was not given because " sold out" but no refund could be given. Next sent to a room that had no working shower. Only 1 attendant helpful. Walking distance from Burbon street. But wouldn't book again.

This hotel is very poor. As soon as we arrived to our room we noticed our bathroom sink was clogged & our air conditioner was not working. Both were fixed the same night but the air-conditioner was extremely loud & it leaked into our tub. We did not have a working tv during the entire stay. The gym only had a set of 50 & 60lb db & a non working treadmill. This is a horrible place to a stay. Pay more & stay elsewhere. Not worth it

The location is unbeatable, and the courtyard is gorgeous. However, the hotel itself was a wreck. The first day I arrived the thermostat was stuck at 80 degrees, and after four separate times of asking to get it fixed did it finally get done. Also, our door would never lock, so anyone could walk in at any time if they wished. I had to go to the front desk multiple times a day because it would get fixed, only for it to break again. By the second day I was on a first-name basis with the staff because of how often I had to ask them to fix things that shouldn’t have been broken in the first place. Also, the WiFi was a joke. It never worked, and I got no reception in my room, so it was absolutely pointless. The rooms themselves were very rundown, so don’t expect updated accommodations. The real selling points are the location, general old-world charm, and the very friendly staff. However, I will never be staying here again. For the sheer amount of money I paid, I cannot believe how disappointing this stay was. Save your money and find somewhere else.

The room was very stuffy. Almost suffocating at times. The internet was out the entire stay, so you couldn't watch the television due to the tv being a smart tv with apps that required internet access. The staff was friendly and did what they could to accommodate guests.

The only nice thing I have to say was the valet were probably the best I’ve ever experienced. First front desk woman *clapped*her*hands at me when I asked if we could PAY for an early check in. When we got to our moldy room the ac didn’t work and the tub and toilet were disgusting. We were able to move rooms at least to a room with a working ac but it rained that night and the room got soaking wet from the old rickety balcony doors so the room just smelled and was wet the entire time we were there. 2 blocks from bourbon, but this place was moldy. Also have random charges in my credit card and they refused to give me a bill when I checked out. Whatever. Never again. 🙃

Hotel location is great-close to restaurants and bars but far enough away that we were able to sleep. The hotel could use an upgrade as far as decor, our room was a little sad (Best Western level). They need a deep clean too. Cable tv was horrible. It would time out so there was no point in watching it. Staff said they would submit work order but not likely to be dealt with during our stay. Ice machines were either out of order or no ice which ****** bc there’s no in room fridge. My husband fixed our toilet seat so it wouldn’t move when you sat down. The pics make the hotel look a lot more appealing than the reality. If we ever return we will stay somewhere else.

The location was perfect, everything was in walking distance in the French Quarter and not next to Bourbon St so after leaving the party, it was relatively quiet to sleep. I do have 2 complaints. First the Tv & Wifi didn't work our entire stay. 2nd Housekeeping was super bad, at 9am they are walking down the halls talking loud knocking on doors, trying to clean your room early in the morning. If your there on Mardigras chances are your sleeping at 9am. Everyday we where there from Thursday to Monday this was a problem.9am

There was no AC in our room and the TV didn’t work. We told the staff twice a day each day and nothing happened. We talked to the manager who promised to look into it and never heard back. I would not stay here again.

Property is in bad condition. The pool needs to be cleaned. The elevator button is falling apart. The first room AC was broken. The second room bathroom ceiling falling apart plus mold. 15-20 walk from business center which I recommend ppl to stay instead.
