Conrad New York Downtown

Really a pleasant surprise for us! Initially, we planned to book another 5-star hotel, but due to the long weekend most places were fully booked, so we chose this one instead. We honestly didn’t have very high expectations at first, but the room completely exceeded them. It’s new, spacious, very clean, and well equipped. The staff are friendly, fast, and efficient. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a water filter machine in the room, along with complimentary water bottle  The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the view is lovely too. Definitely worth the money 🫶🏻

We loved the room. Fred at the front desk was very friendly. He arranged us to a room with the view of the Times Square which we loved! The view was gorgeous. This hotel made me feel valued as a customer . Fred is really the best! The breakfast was very delicious. We enjoyed it a lot! 10/10!

Kept luggage at front desk, by the time we check in, they couldn't locate our luggages even we provided a tag. Then they open the door and let us pick our own luaggge. Conrad?

We felt very comfortable. Home during the vacation, attentive service, colleagues. The receptionist's incredible kindness and attentiveness. We have been 4 times, we will definitely choose them, Brodi family!

Service was great and room amenities excellent. Room was spacious and decor was current and modern.

Did not meet expectations

I'm so glad I chose this Conrad location. The staff were very sweet and helpful. I didn't spend much time at the actual hotel very much & I only ordered room service once. However, I can't wait to stay there again.

Lovely new property. great attention to details. we really enjoyed the overhead shower, it was the best.
