"Five stars, highly recommended! This stay far exceeded my expectations; everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel lobby is grand and elegant. Upon entering, staff immediately offered to help with my luggage. Check-in at the front desk was very quick, and the staff were gentle and patient, even offering thoughtful recommendations for local attractions. The room was spotlessly clean, with no stains in corners or the bathroom. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were very practical. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the mattress had just the right firmness, and the soundproofing and blackout curtains were excellent – I slept straight through till morning. The facilities were well-maintained, and the toiletries were high quality. Room service was very responsive whenever I needed anything. The location is superb, making it easy to get around for dining and shopping. Throughout my stay, the service was attentive yet discreet, never overbearing. Every detail showed thoughtfulness, truly making me feel at home. This is my top choice for accommodation when traveling; I’ll definitely stay here again!"

"I have been looking for a long time on Trip.com and I feel that it is the most convenient near the university town. The Liz Future Hotel is probably newly opened. The room facilities are very new. The bathroom shower is very large. The bath is very comfortable. The room space is super large. The favorite is the big-eyed orange projection used by the hotel and our home. My daughter can operate by herself and it is very convenient to use. There is a special laundry room on the ninth floor of the hotel, and the clothes can be dried after washing, which does not affect the next day. The laundry room is also equipped with intimate service, with toiletries, slippers, cotton swabs, head rope and other spares. The key is that the hotel checks out with one click, which greatly saves the check-out process. I think I will choose this hotel after buying Rizhao in the future. After all, it is very convenient to go to the scenic spot."

"I am going to Qingdao, transiting in Rizhao, thinking that since I came, I would play in Rizhao for a day, and I found this new hotel not far from the high-speed rail station and the city. Because it is newly opened, the price is really high, the room is spacious and clean, and the most important thing is quiet and hygienic. The soundproofing of this hotel is good, the sound on the road outside is basically not heard, and I sleep very well at night. The smart equipment in the room is very easy to use, no need to find switches everywhere. I am hungry at night and don't want to go out. I can also use the robot to deliver it to the door of the room. I feel full of security. The next day I went to the front desk to check out, and asked about the place to eat seafood nearby. The guy at the front desk, Pumbaa, enthusiastically recommended the small restaurant where the locals went, avoiding the scenic pit, and eating very cool. After eating, go back to the station to take the luggage directly. The transfer arrangement for this day is clear and give the hotel a big praise!"

"This was the best and most satisfying hotel I stayed at during my time in Rizhao. The facilities are new, clean, and the rooms are spacious. Both the front desk staff and the housekeeping aunties provided excellent service! Breakfast didn't have a huge selection, but there were both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was good. However, a serious issue occurred during breakfast. The staff member placing the chopsticks accidentally dropped one onto the table I was using. Instead of immediately removing this contaminated chopstick, they put it back with the others. Food safety is paramount, and this created a potential food safety hazard for the next guests using that table. I immediately contacted the duty staff and reported the incident to the front desk. The gentleman at the front desk, wearing a dark blue suit, had an excellent attitude, responded promptly, and went to handle it right away. However, the duty staff's first reaction was to make excuses for the incident, telling me that all tables are disinfected. I immediately retorted, ”Was this table disinfected after I used it?” Subsequently, I asked her to remove all the chopsticks. I hope the hotel makes improvements based on this incident and enhances training. The hotel performed very well in all other aspects."
