The room was very comfortable, facing the tea fields, a peaceful and refreshing sight. The butler service was also excellent. We had to check out very early, and Xiao Li got up especially early to prepare breakfast for us and help us with our luggage, around 5 a.m., thank you for your hard work. The chef's food was plentiful and delicious. We were starving on our first night and ordered three dishes; the stir-fried green beans with pork was especially delicious. The tea-fried eggs were also tasty. The bed in the room was very comfortable, and the shower had a strong water pressure. The only downside was that one pillow was too soft, and the other was too high and hard; I recommend switching to memory foam pillows, which would be much more comfortable. My husband had a bit of diarrhea after eating seafood outside, and the auntie even made us some brown sugar ginger water, which helped him. Most importantly, everyone was incredibly friendly to our dogs. I'm always so grateful to places that treat our dogs well. On our last night, quite late, we even experienced tea picking. There weren't many tea leaves, so a young man helped us pick them, and an old man helped us roast the tea. The green tea was really fragrant and delicious. It's very quiet here, although it's a bit far from the beach, but we all like quiet places away from crowds. It was cloudy for both days we were there, but we saw the most beautiful sunrise when we left. The owner's dog, Xiaoyun, also saw us off. We made a promise with Xiaoyun that we'd bring our parents and children to visit again next year.

Choosing the right hotel for my trip to Rizhao was absolutely worth it! The Puyue Zhiya Seaview Hotel has an amazing location, within walking distance to the beach, and the sea view rooms offer a fantastic panorama. The rooms are clean, tidy, and well-equipped, offering excellent value for money. I have to give a special shout-out to Xiao Jie, the front desk attendant! Her efficiency was incredible; check-in was completed in just three minutes, and she explained all the information clearly and thoroughly. Her attitude was incredibly thoughtful – she proactively helped with my luggage, patiently shared practical tips for local sightseeing and where to eat seafood, and when I temporarily needed toiletries, they were delivered very quickly. Professional and warm-hearted service! My entire experience was fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Rizhao, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a visit!

Hello, I was travelling to Rizhao far from Indonesia. So, it’s better to stay in a good hotel. However, this hotel is so much better than i expected, especially traveling with family (I’m with my parents). Not just cozy and clean but the staffs are so kind and very helpful because I can’t speak Chinese. The lady who’s in the front desk even helping me to use the laundry and drying machine! The amenities in this hotel also very complete, the hotel not just gave us a welcome drink but also a plate of apples and preparing a tea set to drink in my room. This hotel is very unique too, they have a little garden that connects with the apartment beside the hotel so the guests can enjoy their times there chilling and chattering (the garden is located at the 4th floor) they also provide laundry machine, complete with drying machines, detergent, iron board, iron and even bag to bring back our clothes!! Overall this hotel is 5/5 ⭐️ I highly recommend for everyone even if you travel alone, couple, friends, family, and business trip! Also thank you for the lady (all staffs too) who helped me to check in and teaching me to use the washing as well as drying machine 😁!

The service here is incredibly thoughtful, and all the staff are warm and friendly. Having visited Senbo in Hangzhou and Jiaxing, this Senbo in Rizhao is definitely the largest. There are so many activities! The game where you can exchange 'silver notes' everywhere is really fun, and at night, there's even iron flower-hitting performances and dances to watch. My child had such a great time that we extended our stay for another day. However, because we had to switch room types, we were initially told we'd have to check out and then check back in, which sounded like a real hassle. But our butler, Pudding, was incredibly considerate. She told us to leave our luggage in the room and go enjoy our planned activities, and they would move our bags to the new room for us. This meant our itinerary wasn't affected at all! Every day, Pudding would remind us of the restaurant mealtimes and various activity schedules. So, our entire stay was very relaxing. The sea-view room allowed us to watch the sunrise effortlessly from our balcony without having to go to the beach. We just checked the time beforehand! All our sunrise photos were taken from the hotel balcony, and being able to go straight back to bed afterward was incredibly comfortable! The Ruyi Bridge also makes it super convenient to get to the beach, and the hotel is very close to various attractions. Even at checkout, my child was happy and said they want to come back again. The only drawback was a slight design issue with the first room type we stayed in. The bathroom in the sea-view king room had no partition from the bedroom, which meant privacy was really lacking, even for a family of three. The 'Small Haisen' room type we moved to later was much better.

This was my first trip to Rizhao, and after browsing several hotels on Trip.com, including Sheraton and New Century Grand, I ultimately chose the Wyndham Rizhao. The hotel lobby is grand and beautifully decorated, feeling luxurious and comfortable. The guest rooms are spacious, comfortable, and bright, with exquisite and cozy decor. From the window, you can enjoy endless sea views. The hotel's breakfast buffet also offers a good variety of dishes, and overall, I had a very good experience! Plus, there are shared bikes (electric-assist) right outside the hotel, which makes getting around to nearby attractions incredibly convenient!

I feel incredibly lucky to have chosen Huazhu Youyou Valley for my trip to Rizhao! The service absolutely deserves a huge thumbs up! The staff were warm and attentive, from the meticulous check-in process at the front desk to helping us plan our sightseeing routes. We felt cared for throughout our stay. Plus, any requests we had were met with quick responses and solutions, making us feel right at home and cozy. The location is also fantastic – close to the city center, making transportation easy, and there are many fun attractions nearby. The room was clean and tidy, decorated very warmly, and all the amenities were of high quality. Drawing back the curtains revealed a beautiful tea garden view, and I could take in all that greenery right from my bed – such a treat! The bed was soft and comfortable; I slept wonderfully at night.

The hotel is very close to the beach, just a 5-minute walk. You exit the restaurant, turn left, cross the road, and you're there. It was also the cleanest beach I'd seen in Rizhao during my stay. The hotel has a heated swimming pool with two slow lanes, perfect for kids at the very edge, and two fast lanes. Staff supervise the fast lanes to ensure no children play or linger there, making them ideal for serious swimmers. The staff are very responsible, and the pool even provides inflatable armbands for temporary use, which is a very thoughtful touch. Excellent hotel management! 👍

Overall, the stay was excellent. The environment was spotless and the space was spacious and comfortable. The facilities were complete and easy to use. The front desk staff were attentive, polite, and efficient. The soundproofing was good, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. The price was reasonable and the accommodations were satisfactory in every aspect, making it an excellent choice for travelers and well worth a stay.

I came to Rizhao for a business trip today, and my colleague booked this hotel online. This is a newly opened hotel. During the stay, the service in all aspects was still in place, and the waiters were also very warm and thoughtful. There are shopping malls around and dining is very convenient. Room: 1. The space is large and spacious; 2. The sanitary condition is very good and clean; 3. Because it is a new hotel, the smell in the room is still quite strong, so you need to open the windows for ventilation! 4. The facilities and equipment are average and not intelligent. The socket panel on the wall is not strong. When the plug was pulled out, the panel almost fell off. 5. The water flow in the bathroom is very good and the water temperature is relatively stable. 6. The air conditioner is very quiet and not easy to feel, but it is indeed working normally. breakfast: 1. The omelette is cold. This should be controlled according to the passenger flow, otherwise it will become cold quickly if you make too much. 2. Some dishes still need to be kept warm. 3. Hot and sour soup, wontons, and fried dough sticks are very good.

Hotel location not bad as it's not far from the high speed train, but there are not much other facilities near the hotel. Hotel facilities are not good for this szie and brand name: 1. The shower is very weak 2. The breakfast is very bad with VERY few food I think it's manily because it's not peak season and not many guests. But for this price, i will expect more!
