New Hotels in Milan

"The hotel is quite new. The room was comfortable and it had what we needed. It was close enough to the metro so it make it easy to get around, yet not super close to the center, but it was fine. Breakfast was nice. The staff was okay. Unlike many showers in Italy, the showers were a nice size. Most other hotels we stayed at had tiny cubicles as showers. The onky downsides are that the lifts in Italy are very small so a big family with bags will need to make more than 1 trip. It is also hard to find hotels with gyms around Milán and Venice."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. Compared with other accommodations in the area, the price was very reasonable and offered excellent value for money. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed during my stay. What I appreciated most was the convenient location. There are three supermarkets nearby, ranging from small to large stores. One of the smaller supermarkets stays open until midnight, which was very convenient for buying groceries and daily necessities after returning late in the evening. There are also several cafés, restaurants, and public transportation options within walking distance. The M5 metro station is only about a 4-minute walk away, making it easy to get around the city. The host was friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond to any questions. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and I was able to rest well every night. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced place to stay."

"The hotel is located in a residential area, slightly north of central Milan, which appears to be one of the city's less affluent neighborhoods. Right next to it, there's a large roundabout surprisingly overgrown with tall weeds! The buildings' bases are covered in graffiti, making the area look quite run-down. There was a Black housekeeping staff member who seemed to lack proper housekeeping training. While cleaning our room, he took our personal glass, which was very different from the hotel's provided glassware, as well as a stainless steel cup and chopsticks that had no connection to the hotel whatsoever. When we returned to the room and noticed these items missing, we saw him still cleaning and immediately asked if he had thrown them away. He didn't evade the question at all; instead, he led me to the storage room and retrieved everything! We ran into him at the subway station the next day. He was instantly recognizable – over 190cm tall and very thin. He greeted us in a very friendly manner."

"Very small hotel without any amenities - not great value for money. Staff service was nice and the rooms are new and clean, but there are better options. Location is also a bit strange and difficult to find the entrance. Would not recommend."

"It's pretty good, except for the service and the location being a bit hard to find when I first arrived (the driver couldn't find it and dropped me off on the side of the road; I searched for a long time with my luggage before finally asking for directions). Check-in is late, but you can pay almost an hour earlier... Ordering takeout is convenient; you can order from all the popular restaurants nearby."

"The hotel is really nice, with modern rooms and very high ceilings. The room was a bit small though, no space for a large suitcase. The bathroom and toiletries were satisfactory, clean and modern. Maybe because the garden in front of the hotel wasn't finished yet, it was a bit hard to find the hotel. Turns out you have to enter through the hotel next door, and the hotel name sign was too small. The hotel isn't far from Bignami metro station, just a 5-minute walk, but it's the last station on the line. The hotel is genuinely good! 👍"

"The apartment is great. Everything is brand new, the house is nice. The neighborhood can look a litlle getto (as we were in august, many places are closed and covered in graffiti). The check in is very easy, you don’t have to find the key in the middle of nowhere. The service is little off cause we had a sink problem, left the application but nothing was ever done to it. Overall I would be glad to come bac I would be glad to come back!"

"Hotels in Milan were too expensive during the exhibition, so I just picked one for a transit stay and didn't expect it to be so comfortable. I checked in late, and my roommates were out. Just as I finished showering and was about to go to bed, they came back. I slept in a bit in the morning, and they had already checked out early, so it felt like I had a single room. The owner was really nice, helping me with my luggage, and when I couldn't find my room key, she didn't even charge me for it."

"Great service provided by Sara and the team! Enjoy our stay at the new Nemi hotel. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. The location is about a 15-20mins walk from popular brand boutiques and slightly more to the duomo. Definitely recommend to stay here."
