Whilst the room was nice and the staff were friendly. The cleanliness of the room was not to a high standard. The suite rooms seemed to be smaller than the normal rooms on the floor plan. Finally, the shower cut me really badly and while staff assisted with the issue - no fix for the danger was made. Breakfast was not available - due to an issue with the kitchen. Refund given for the breakfast.

It was a great experience. I would visit again when the opportunities come.

The room is very large, far more than 12 square meters, the bathroom is also large, and the overall environment is very good and clean. The location is very close to the train station, about 7.8 minutes walk, very convenient. The service attitude of the front desk staff is also very good.

Hotel is immiculate. Beautiful decor and extremely well kept. Great location, and every staff member i spoke to was so helpful and just lovely. I had an amazing stay and will defo stay again, aswell as recommend to everyone.

Location was good, facilities good. Excellent size room and bathroom. Creaki g floorboards were annoyin.

Lovely hotel, really helpful staff. Only con was maybe that the room was a bit warm even although the heating was off

The room was comfortable and beautiful. Noise was not a problem despite being on the main road with roadworks outside. Excellent location in the heart of the city. The bed was very comfortable and all at an excellent price.

Beautiful old building, with large tasteful room,comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. The receptionist Ramona was friendly and pleasant. The Lithuanian girl who served breakfast was especially warm and welcoming. We really enjoyed the large choice at breakfast, with delicious fresh croissants and tasty coffee. Very good value for money too. One slight issue was the room temperature, which was very hot. Maybe some instructions for the air conditioner would be helpful in the room? Overall a great place to stay.

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Great location. A’la carte restaurant was first class. It was our second visit and will be back.

The drilling did not help much outside first thing this morning. Also the adjoined bar shuts at 10. Not great when your just wanting a couple of drinks before bed. 13 people were turned away.

An all round good place to stay and enjoy Newcastle. An old building but the rooms are modern and very comfortable.

Great location, we used the hotel mostly as a base as we were attending a concert near by. Room was lovely. Staff were very friendly. I however I did find the bed too hard and it set my bad back off and glasses provided in the room were dirty, I didnt raise an issue as I had water bottle with me anyway.
