This hotel was pretty awful. We choose this place because of its location to the beach, and the rooftop pool pictured in their general amenities. You will notice an "indoor pool" is listed on their ammenities, but the rooftop pool pictures is NOT that pool. In fact the rooftop pool pictured is not owned by the hotel and is part of a seperate lounge that youust pay at least 150.000vnd extra to access. We never would have booked this hotel had we known this. The room was sprayed with souch deodorizer that it gave us stuffy noses at night, the deodorizer didn't even cover the bad smells of the room just masked it. Despite having like 8 elevators they are all very slow. The front desk could not help us with any issue we had during our stay. There are so many other nice friendly hotels in the area with rooftop pools. We really regret booking this one, and I regret that trip.com allows hotel to use false pictures to make their hotels seem nicer than they are.

룸이 청결하였으나
벌레가 출몰하였습니다. 아마도 하수구를 통해 들어오나봅니다. 주로 화장실에서 봤습니다.
위치는 나짱 나이트마켓 옆이고 주변 인프라도 최고입니다.
서비스는 이용객들이 많아서 그런지 직원들이 친절하지는 않습니다. 표정에서도 힘듬이 보입니다.
시설은 좋은것 같습니다.
40층 라운지는 가격값을 합니다.
개인적으로 5시~ 6시 사이 방문을 추천합니다.
전반적으로 만족합니다.
친절을 보고 숙소를 정하지는 않으니 ㅋ
다음에 나짱을 방문하면 재방문 예정입니다

여기 바퀴벌레는 침대로 타고 올라와요.
바퀴벌레 싫어하면 여기는 정말 최악입니다.
와이프, 아이들 여기서 트라우마 생겨서 앞으로
베트남 안온다고하네요 ㅠㅠ
위생은 최악입니다.
화장실 비린네...
비흡연 객실 예약했는데... 담배냄세...
추가로 화장실 하수구 물이 안내려가서 고생합니다.
위치는 정말 좋아요.

가성비로 따지면 뷰랑 지리상으로 아주 좋습니다.
조금 아쉬운건 청소가 깨끗하게 안된다는 점과 엘베이용시
대수는 많으나 사용자가 많아 조금 느리다는 게 조금 아쉬운 수준이나 충분히 만족했습니다.

Phòng sạch sẽ, view đẹp cực kì. Nhân viên cũng thân thiện. Check in lúc khuya tưởng sẽ hơi bất cập nhưng tất cả đều rất chuyên nghiệp
