Located in a room with a limited view. Windows come out of the hotel, but it is not embarrassing. On the 12th floor, a classy pool with a panoramic view. The hotel is a little crowded because of the lack of Chinese. Breakfasts are very simple and moderate, but they serve a variety of fruits, which is an indispensable advantage. The only minus is very good hearing, everything is heard in the hallway. In the room sets : tooth set (brush + pasta), haircut, shower hat. Shower gel and shampoo are not single-time, but simply poured in the container. Also updated by 2 bottles of water every day. The location is very convenient, a little far from the road noise, but at the same time close to the sea and supermarkets, various institutions.

I booked a twin room sea view for myself and my son and we were very pleased, the room was new, big, nicely appointed, super bathroom, and stunning view. Jenny was extremely helpful allowing us a very early check in on the day we arrived and arranging a very good transfer to the airport at below taxi prices when we left. She was always around to be of assistance. It was fantastic value for money. If you want to be critical the present pool and pool facilities are way too small but we were told a roof pool and facility is being built, I assume Covid delayed it. It is a condotel as opposed to a hotel so don't expect 5 star concierge but it was not a problem for us. Great location.

The hotel has a very good view and position in Nha Trang beach. I and my family enjoyed our wonderful weekend here. Services is excellent. I will came back here in the future. Hotel serve poolside BBQ with a beachfront view and the open atmophere. You can see the whole beautiful drone show event in Nha Trang Festival 2023. What a nice place!

Staff are very friendly and helpful.( I had a problem with local guide and they helped me to solve the problem.) I even enjoyed the sounds of morning. (School, dogs, wedding party,motorcycle and chicken) Very clean with great cleaning services. The location is almost perfect for me. A few minutes away from beach and center of Nha Trang. Clean gym, great breakfast, great view from 33th floor and amazing swimming pool on the roof top. Room price was absolutely bargain for this kind room. I stayed suit room for 8 nights. We had reservations for a suite 1 bedroom ocean view room, and the pictures on the Capital One travel website showed this room with a round bed and ocean view. However upon arrival, the manager (“Hoc”? On 08Nov22 afternoon) tried to put us in an inferior room facing a building with 2 beds and a partial ocean view. When went back down and refused this room He said his system showed this is what I reserved and paid for. I showed him my prepaid reservation clearly showing otherwise. It also didn’t make sense, as his room was only $28 for 2 nights and we paid $68 per my reservation receipt for the suite 1bd ocean view. While there clearly was some miscommunication in the reservation systems, Instead of acknowledging and honoring my reservation documents, and dealing with the problem between vendors in the background, he said mine were a “lie”! Yes actual quotes! Even though my payment clearly indicated there was no way I reserved the inferior room he put me in. Over the course of the next half hour, we went back and forth, him upping the room type and me showing him pictures of the room I reserved and requesting that room. He even said that I could NOT have that room because they “sold out 10 minutes ago” and maybe I could “try again tomorrow to switch rooms if available”. I then showed him on my phone that Booking.com shows 3 of these rooms still available - and he said it was “lie”, again! So I showed him on Agoda.com the same fact; he just shook his head. I then called Capital One Travel and they talked to him via my phone as they couldn’t reach his office internationally. FINALLY after all this I got the room I paid for. But I was not happy about this check-in experience. It tainted our whole stay here. Perhaps it was just a one off with this manager, but his behavior demonstrated a serious lack of customer service, common courtesy, logic given the rate we paid, and integrity. We question how the hotel could tolerate such behavior and concluded he must have the support of his management to have been so aggressive and bold in his actions. We will NEVER stay here again as a result.

The hotel is very good and the price is reasonable. It was a great trip! A sea view room on Pearl Island costs RMB 1,030 a night, but the price actually drops to over RMB 900 on weekends. So unlike in the mainland, prices here don’t go up on weekends but go down. The beach club restaurant in the hotel is not expensive and very reasonable. A meal of 500,000 yuan or about RMB 150 is enough for two people. Yesterday, I ordered a grilled squid, 250 grams of grilled shrimp, 6 grilled oysters, a cup of coffee and a green coconut, two A portion of fried spring rolls cost 150 yuan, and at 7:30, a beautiful DJ started having fun. The breakfast is rich in coconuts. Nha Trang is very friendly and you don’t need to tip the customs. It is easy to meet Vietnamese people who can speak Chinese everywhere. Communication problems are not difficult and you can just speak some English words... Overall, I feel that the consumption is low and the enjoyment is high!

This is not our first, or even our fifth, time in Nha Trang, so there is something to compare with. So, let's begin. There is a sweet Russian-speaking girl at the reception who is trying to help you with all your questions. Breakfast is decent, rooms are clean and fresh. The rooftop pool is not big, as is true in many hotels nearby, with the exception of Panorama. The room has bathrobes, slippers, coffee, tea, water, toothbrushes, soap, etc. There is no razor. The gym is more for show - the machines are mainly for cardio. The location of the hotel is excellent - Radom Hotel Galina, diagonally opposite the Ibis. The beach is five minutes at a leisurely pace. The most important thing is that there are no construction sites nearby

The vista at this hotel is genuinely breathtaking. The azure sky and the pristine sea form a remarkable backdrop that I found enchanting. The infinity pool, in particular, offers a perfect setting for unique photo opportunities. Furthermore, the close proximity to the vibrant seafood street—just five minutes away—is a true delight, offering the chance to savor Nha Trang's delectable local seafood. However, I must note some areas that could use improvement. Acquiring a Grab car service during dinner time proved to be a challenge due to the scarcity of vehicles in the vicinity. Additionally, the hotel services left something to be desired. Despite the breakfast being advertised as complimentary, it was consistently served cold. The pricing structure within the hotel was also disappointing. After consuming the first 10 bottles of water, each subsequent bottle came with a 10k VND charge. Moreover, the quality of the facilities was subpar, with easily damaged, fragile items that could potentially result in unexpected charges. A word of caution—do ensure you have sufficient cash on hand, as a deposit of $3M VND is required upon check-in. Nonetheless, the comfortable bed and overall ambiance contributed to an overall pleasant stay for both me and my companion. Despite the setbacks, our experience here was largely positive.
