Loved the view from the room and rooftop! Me and my bf stayed for 3 nights last week. Was amazing! All the staff were very kind and helpful. The most enjoyable part was the view while we were having breakfast at the top floor. Breakfast buffet was ok and they serving dinner in the same room as well.

The rooftop with view and swimming pool is absolutely sublime, it is very pleasant, the staff is very careful and small care, only negative point, the spa is slightly disappointing, The facilities are old, not very well decorated and lighted, it doesn't value the spa, it lacks a jacuzzi but the spa staff is super top, and they make the best massage. The best 5 stars in Nice are in a price-quality-level! And the fact that not being at the sea front, but we are still not far from 10 minutes walk and the ballade is very nice, is really offset by the rooftop that is the best point of the hotel.

I cannot recommend this hotel especially at the prices they charged. Arrived at 5.30pm and room wasn't ready. They then said it was and gave us a smaller room than we had booked and paid for. When we said so they told us ”Americans have a different idea of what king-sized means”. An hour later they called and agreed we had indeed booked a bigger room and offered to move us to one with a king bed. The man from reception then took us to said room without offering to help us with our luggage. Just stood and watched us drag our bags across the carpeted corridors ...All I can say is it was 3 star service and quality at VERY high prices. The next morning we moved to an absolutely world class hotel which was ten times nicer and less expensive. Over-priced, outdated and obnoxious staff.

I asked a restaurant for lunch, and then went to the hotel restaurant. Remember that the pride of being a hotel is a real service. The restroom that happened to appear on the first floor (although the recommended restroom is fun) is beautiful and can be left in the photo. The breakfast menu is almost the same as any other hotel. Smoked salmon looks good. It is remembered to be the difference between a meal and a small meal The hotel stayed at the end of January was very cheap and there was no parking fee.

The location of the hotel is very good. Turn left and then turn left to Gabor Square. There is a large supermarket next to the square and many restaurants in the surrounding area. It is not far from the Old Town of Nice. Breakfast is typical ibis style and ok. However, no extra bed is available in the room. The facilities are complete and the rooms are clean and tidy. Parking lot access is not very convenient, the aisle is narrow, and parking spaces are very laborious. The car I drove was relatively large and not very convenient. There is also a city tax on parking fees. The warmest thing is that there is boiling water and free snacks in the lobby. Although I didn't eat snacks, I made tea several times. Especially suitable for Chinese. 👍

The hotel is easy to find. You can take the tram from the airport to the terminal and then walk for a while. The front desk also received us warmly and friendly. Very good location, right at the foot of Castle Hill. It is also very convenient to go to the old town, it takes only 2 or 3 minutes to walk. Approximately 30 minutes from the airport taxi, 36 euros. The hotel is very compact, the corridor is relatively narrow, but the room size is ok, I booked a twin room, and took the initiative to help me put the two beds together when checking-in, and also added a small free for my child bed. Couple with sofa and desk, not particularly cramped. The bathroom is large and clean. Just the towel drying rack is broken. The room was fairly clean, but there was no free bottled water, and the charged mini-bar had snacks and wine. Did not see the electric kettle. Breakfast is relatively simple, there is no extra charge for children, bread, sausage, bacon, yogurt, tea and coffee, fruits, that's about it. Overall, the price / performance ratio is not bad, but I still feel that there is a gap with the standard of four stars.

The room is a bit smaller, but there is everything, there is a hidden kitchen to cook, the tableware is very exquisite, I like it very much! I even asked for a delicate coffee cup as a gift 🎁 Thank you Julien 😇😇😇 There are also welcome macarons and welcome cards written by yourself! The only bad thing is that the stairs are very steep, which is not convenient for people with large luggage. Fortunately, Joanna was enthusiastic to help me carry my luggage up. Julien helped me move downstairs when I left. Thank you ☺️😌😌

This hotel was so CUTE! The staff was warm and friendly (and very accommodating with our lack of French knowledge). The rooms were fully furnished (down to having a curling iron in the room!). They provided cute snacks and beverages upon arrival. Just so many small special touches. We had the best time! Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again for sure! ＜3

Location and facilities were all satisfactory. Just at the time of check-in, a white male employee said that there was an issue with the standard name I booked and offered to give me an apartment room next to the hotel without an exact explanation. There was a problem with the room, so they gave me a bigger room, so I followed up and found it to be an old and smelly room. So, I asked, and there is a room that is currently being repaired. If you want to wait, I will wait. I will wait. My wife and I both felt it was racist and wanted to make a complaint at checkout, but we had good memories of Nice and didn't want to talk anymore, so we quit. I hope that the blonde, white male employee who works in the afternoon must realize his mistake and know that the color of his skin is nothing.

Welcoming staff when we arrived, shown to our room to have a really nice room. We noticed shortly after that we could hear conversations happening next door to us and the smallest of noise we’d be able to hear! The walls are really thin and we were kept up a couple of times trying to get to sleep! We noticed a dripping sort of noise when someone tried using the shower which got on our nerves a bit. In the morning we got woken up to a blender as we were opposite the breakfast room the gap under the door didn’t really help that! Such a shame to lower the rating due to the noisy room as it is in a ideal location for walking over the city and easy to get to from the airport.
