S Hotel Gelin (South Business District)

It was a really surprising experience. I will stay here again when I come to Ningbo in the future. The environment is great and it is very close to Ningnuo.

The room is quite clean. I had a very important exam and I stayed in this hotel at night. The air conditioner was loud at first, so I didn’t pay much attention to it. I was reviewing with headphones on. When I went to bed after twelve o'clock, I found that the sound was too loud and I couldn't sleep. So I turned off the air conditioner and found that the sound of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner was still ringing. I called the front desk, and their attitude was extremely perfunctory. I said that the air conditioner was very noisy. He said that the entire hotel was like this. Some people had reported this before, and they all stayed up late to get through it. I was confused at the time. I spent money to stay in a hotel and had to get up early to take the exam tomorrow, but you told me to stay up late. I asked how to solve it, help me change the room or upgrade the room type, because Ctrip said there would be a free upgrade to the room type. He said he couldn't change because Ge Fei was different from Tian Wei. Ask Gefei customer service to solve it. I called customer service but no response. Anyway, the service is terrible. Later, after I demolished the wall, I discovered that there was a window through which I could see the outdoor air conditioner unit. It happened to be right next to my bedside. It was very exaggerated. Moreover, this outdoor air conditioner unit was not from my room. It's someone else's room, so I can't turn off the air conditioner in my room and let the outdoor air conditioner turn off. However, the service staff at the front desk didn't have a very good attitude. They kept saying that it couldn't be solved and asked me to find a way to find Ctrip. customer service. In the end, with my strong and determined attitude, he asked me to take a look at the air conditioning problem in the entire hotel. Later I discovered that other rooms were very quiet, and it was obviously just a matter of changing rooms. But they didn't change it, so I fell asleep in another quiet room at 2:30. I hope the hotel can give me proper follow-up trea**ent on this matter. This kind of unreasonable room design should not exist.

Bad review. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that I couldn’t check in without this order number.

整體還行！衞生很乾凈！床比較舒服

陪孩子去參加大學面試，訂了二間房2天，提前給酒店打電話説當天到的較晚，請儘量安排安靜點的房間。結果晚上10點之前趕到酒店，給我們一間房安排在1112，12樓是棋牌室，麻將機洗牌的聲音綿綿不絕，還不時間雜走動，移動桌椅的響聲，我給前台打電話説明情況，提出更換房間，答覆無空房間調換，説棋牌室到12點打烊。結果到1點38分樓上還是一直打牌，其間我們反覆和前台和客房中心聯繫，一直快凌晨2點答覆説有空房可以更換，我們已不想收拾行李折騰，客房經理又找棋牌室交涉要求客人早點結束，2點以後才基本安靜。所以我們基本上沒有休息好，我愛人吃了3倍量的安眠葯，唉！真是花錢找罪受！！！

在酒店內還有一家餐廳，提供各種美食和飲品。我嘗試了他們的招牌菜，味道非常棒。餐廳的裝修風格也是復古民國風，讓我在品嚐美食的同時，也享受到了視覺上的盛宴。 總的來説，我非常喜歡格奜設計師酒店，特別是它的復古民國風格。酒店的服務態度也非常好，讓我在這裏度過了一個難忘的假期。如果你也喜歡這種風格，一定要來這裏感受一下。強烈推薦！

全城最為超值的酒店之一，環境也還不錯，酒店不在鬧市區，周圍非常的安靜，晚上一點也不吵，裝修很舒適。 房間大小不會像有些酒店房間太小了，行李箱都打不開。 房間的床品很舒服， 樓下也可以停車，酒店一樓就是就餐區域，早餐的種類個人覺得可以和四星級酒店媲美。
