公司團建提前一天入住，因為不在假期，所以人很少。整體感覺不錯，服務衞生都還可以，周圍環境很好，晚上很安靜，還有不少團建設施。早餐比較簡單，游泳池很早就下班了

房間比較簡陋，但是環境挺好，適合親子玩，項目很多，就是餐飲和娛樂項目收費有點高，總體來説還不錯

住在秀水樓2樓雙數房間，房間有點小，除了床就沒有其他的設施，再多放一把椅子的地方都沒有了。行李擺不開。窗户外沒有風景。度假村背後是水庫，可惜直達的路據説是安全原因封了，從外面繞行1分鐘，還是能過去。酒店户外設施是亮點，泳池很漂亮，還有個小型小童樂園，免費的。其他玩樂設施多少都要收費，這裡能看到很多公司團建或者學生夏令營。

房間應該是裝修過的，不過房間挺小，走廊隔音不太好，暑假過後價格應該會便宜一點吧。早餐還不錯。

我這個人一般過得去就不會給差評的，第一晚入住的是窯洞房，房間不錯，空調很響，一會跳掉，出風了聲音很大。小孩子喜歡泳池，準備續住一晚，攜程上沒有同款窯洞房間，要前台訂房就要高出一百多。就訂了一個標間和一個1米5的房間，房間很小，先給我們標間了，還有個房間下午三點我打電話過去才説早就有了，也沒通知，説是正好要來通知，也接受了。游泳地方有洗澡的地方，我們都洗了，兩個孩子在房間洗，準備洗澡發現沒有熱水，孩子重新穿上衣服，電話打了40分鐘左右又去問了怎麼回事，後來在還有個房間洗了。結果等到刷牙洗臉時候又發現水槽沒塞子，水也下不去，也罷了。中午餐廳吃晚飯12點多點，我擔心人家要入住，特地去前台説我們標間東西快整理好了，稍微等下就下來退房，還有個房間沒人，你們先可以去打掃。結果一個小男孩新來的，不懂，一個女的前台過來我跟她説了，她居然説你們標間已經超時了，他們是滿房狀態，質問的語氣問我一點之前可以來退掉。那我也説了，我本來也不説了，反正有兩個房間，現在我是説了，你們晚上熱水沒熱水，打了電話這麼久都沒人來，電話也不回一個，水槽還堵的，女的前台卻説下面有個閥門的需要自己弄。後來我到房間特地叫打掃的阿姨來看，説是沒閥門的，就是堵住下不去，前台説得好像我們對他們這種新型的水槽不會用一樣。晚上智能的開關太亮睡也睡不好。有一説一，早餐沒什麼品種，但是那邊的服務很好。推薦九龍湖，服務好、房間好、很熱心。

服務加早餐，這兩樣連鎖酒店比如漢庭之類都比他們強。
房間看着還行，但這廁所真心滴汗！
