設施有點老，空調跟沒開一樣，不隔音，這個都可以接受，畢竟老了，定的最貴的大床，最關鍵的是半夜2.3點渴醒了，發現沒水了，我媳婦給前台打電話半天才接，接了不説話，然後問能不能幫忙送兩瓶水，前台回覆説房間有水，我們也知道有水，兩個小瓶水喝完了，我們也説了付費的，然後回答是酒店沒有水賣。。。然後還是我媳婦大半夜穿上衣服去車上拿的水，一肚子氣，也是絕了。第一次遇到這種服務態度的。温馨提示:大家入住的時候都帶點水吧，酒店沒有水買的！

房間設施還挺高級的，剛開始開關我還有點整不明白哈哈哈哈。住宿沒有按金，房間裏的礦泉水也是免費的，入住退房都很方便。前台小姐姐也很好，酒店很整潔

我夢幻般的旅程開始於這家酒店。這是我住過的最好的酒店之一，無論是從裝修、服務、設施還是整體氛圍來看，都無可挑剔。我們的房間非常乾淨、舒適、温馨，房間與洗手間都非常寬敞。酒店的所有工作人員都非常專業和熱情，給我們留下了深刻的印象。早餐極其美味、琳琅滿目，讓我們全天精力充沛。莫斯科的任何一處景點也無法和酒店的美景相比，我們可以欣賞莫斯科城市的全景。
酒店設施也很完善，泳池和SPA設施一流，是一個完美的放鬆方式。大堂酒吧是個休息之處，您可以欣賞美食網站裏介紹的美味小吃，這是我們每天必到的地方。

酒店照片和圖片上極度不符合 然後進店前台態度極度囂張 而且寧波這麼冷的天還沒有熱水 房間衞生也不達標 價格也不符合 床單還是破的 不要住她家 這個價格可以住更好的 本人不是拖 實際感受 心情太差忘記拍照片了
