地段優越，離老外灘很近，步行也可以到的距離。打車9塊錢。樓層很高可以開到外面夜景，房間裝修有特色，性價比很高。

衞生：衞生乾淨整潔，大姐打掃得也很乾凈，沒有灰塵
環境：環境很好，房間很大，有40平，床也很大，住兩個人都是可以的，大堂很大，
服務：服務態度很好，前台都很熱情，大姐們服務態度也很好

沒見過這麼差的前台，等半天的不説，還態度惡劣,説話跟機器人一樣。房門開半天打不開，都要等半天。為啥一定要湊字數

總體挺滿意的，房間無異味，設施很新，和圖片區別少了一個茶几．還包含了早餐券2份．電視問題打電話服務員馬上來解決好了。要説還有改進的地方，門卡衹有一張，衞生間毛巾架沒有，房間衹有床頭有插座可充電。

凌晨5點左右被癢醒，發現身上被蟲子咬了好多包，皮膚大片發紅伴瘙癢。我馬上打電話給前台換房，上來一個保安跟我們大半夜找蟲子，還問是不是我自身有皮膚病。保安跟我們説8點以後才有管事的人，讓我等他們上班再處理，於是我大半夜逃亡換房到另一個房間，一夜沒睡好。
等早上八點睡醒吃完早餐，發現頭上的髮卡發繩忘在原來房間，問了打掃的阿姨，阿姨説那個房間打掃完了，東西都扔掉了。然後我去前台協商如何處理，前台聽説後面無表情地拿ipad聯繫經理，發微信發了二十多分鐘，説經理在起床趕過來了，過了會説經理在等電梯過來了，再等了會又説經理不來了，他們在聯繫店長，最後等了四十多分鐘，店長姍姍來遲。
這麼大個酒店在白天的營業時間沒有能處理問題的人，衹會讓消費者乾等，全程前台和店長沒有一句抱歉，店長到了後態度更是十分惡劣，一副我要找茬的樣子，問我有沒有證據證明這個是在他們酒店被咬的，讓我去找相關部門鑒定。協商無果時前台説髮卡找到了，早上問阿姨時阿姨説扔掉了，現在又能找出來，請問貴酒店給消費者用的其他用品也是從垃圾堆裏找出來的嗎？
