There were black spots on the bedsheets and quilts. 3. The other room was booked one night in advance. The price increased on the weekend and there was only one suite left, so I paid extra. I asked the front desk and said that this room is not often occupied! She immediately arranged for us a room on the first floor and upgraded us , thank you very much for her service. The room is very large and has a cultural atmosphere. Sit down and drink tea and read a book to calm your mind. The hotel is just outside the Nantang Old Street. It is very convenient to eat and go shopping. Five-star praise.

But when I was about to go to bed at night, I found a huge cockroach lying on the curtain, so I let the security guard come in and beat it. I went to check out the next day and talked to the front desk. Logically, the front desk clerk should have said, "I'm sorry, but I'll pay more attention next time." Unexpectedly, the female front desk said, "Oh, we are near a river, and bugs are common." Something happened. Didn't someone go and kill them for you yesterday? "It really frightened me!!! Is it common to love cockroaches?? And I should say thank you for killing cockroaches for me???" Therefore, the training for employees should not just stop at learning to check passengers’ health codes and swipe credit cards. It is also important for employees to talk to guests with some empathy. Breakfast is even less recommended. It was the first time I stayed in a hotel to eat such a simple buffet breakfast. Originally recommended two groups of friends who came to Ningbo to live in this hotel, and they all withdrew.
