Coffee machine needs cleaning and people who know how to use it. (Refill water or beans) Tables need better cleaning afterwards and faster ( maybe more staff) Clean trashcans in the lobby more often. Rooms need to be checked before people check in ( temperature wise) (centralized AC is not a good idea. Needs to be changed in May!!) Please add a proper secured!! Hotel Wifi. Kids play area was awesome and with a great location. All in all decent but definitely room for improvement.

One of the few five-star hotels in Fenghua. The room is very warmly decorated and there are small snacks for free. I am satisfied. The staff are very nice and the service is enthusiastic, proactive, timely and in place. Thank you. The breakfast room is on the 35th floor. The environment is beautiful and the view is great. Open, like it👍The only regret is that I didn’t experience the water change in the swimming pool... I’ll try it again next time I have a chance. Overall, I’m very satisfied.

入住過好幾次了，這次來，酒店客房已經大變樣，翻新的顏色很不錯，比以前感覺年輕多了，自然衞生也提升了不少。還有兩個小細節也不得不提，第一個就是吹風機固定在牆上了，非常方便。第二個就是房間的燈光有明顯的改善，手工點個贊。

I was visiting Fenghua to run the Peach Blossom marathon. The hotel was superbly located as it was only a 10-15 minute walk from the stadium; very convenient for picking up the race package on Saturday and getting to and from the race on Sunday. Also, since many runners were staying at the hotel, they started the breakfast service one hour earlier which was very thoughtful. The room was clean and spacious and looked new. I liked that it had hardwood floors rather than carpet. I would recommend this hotel for family or business travelers on a short trip.

It is different from the room type display on Ctrip. I ordered a superior double room type. After I arrived at the hotel, the front desk told me that my room type had no windows. If I changed to a high-level room, I had to add 95 yuan. I took a look at Ctrip and said that I am not a set high-end big window and also wrote that there is a bed? The tone of the front desk was very strong and said that the room type on Ctrip is different for us. My wife also got angry and said that if you don't match, don't put it on Ctrip. The front desk said in a louder tone that you have to add 95 yuan if you want to live in a high-end big bed. Ours here is different from the one set by Ctrip!
