雖然説酒店建的年限有點早，就和這古徽州文化一樣有故事的酒店，房間設施雖然沒有那麼先進，但是位置和衞生挺好的，前台的小哥哥小姐姐都比較熱情，酒店沒有早餐，但是酒店門口和馬路對面有不少特色早餐，可以七八點鐘起床出去吃，酒店馬路對面有家早點門店，手擀麪特別好吃，不要起的太晚了，去晚了好吃的都沒了。有個小建議，可以把酒店的浴巾和毛巾換批新的唄。

房間在頂樓，床品舒適，空調暖氣很好，沖涼水很大，早餐豐盛可口，停車方便。唯一美中不足的就是洗手間異味很大。已經入住了也就沒有另外換房。

酒店離皖南川藏線東入口2公里左右，位置優越。我們西進東出，便選擇該店休息一晚。酒店前台服務很親切，給我們升了級。房間寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔。洗澡水也很熱，水量大。早餐品種不多，但衞生管飽。唯一不足是大清早，清潔員就扯着大嗓門在走廊裏説話交談，全然不顧客人需要安靜休息。本想扣1分的，後來想想算了，酒店應該加強對服務員的培訓。

酒店設施是有點老了，但整體服務還是在的，送了早餐，早餐比較簡單，但吃飽沒問題。晚上也比較安靜，床偏軟，這點還是要提醒下。

隔音效果巨差，下水道堵塞嚴重，毛巾有歷史年代感！唯一值得慶幸的是工作人員服務態度很好（感謝值班經理上門解釋），過年期間酒店滿房，實在調劑不出合適的房間我們也理解，但是這樣的房間真的不適合拿出來出租。一夜幾乎沒有睡，嚴重影響我第二天開車回家的安全！!!！我們相信維也納，也希望維也納能重視客人提出的合理建議。

服務態度還好，但環境非常一般，具體感受:1.在走廊能聞到一股刺鼻的味道，應該是消毒水用多了；2.房間還算乾淨衞生，就是窗户關不緊，空調出風位置噪音也有點大，風調小也不行；3.最不滿意的就是隔音效果非常差，隔壁的隔壁有小孩半夜大喊大叫，都能被吵醒，打了前台電話也沒太大效果。
