Приезжали в Нижний Новгород с целью посетить город. Выбрали отель Николь. Удобное расположение. Близко станция метро, легко добраться до центра. Очень приветливый персонал встретил на рессепшене. Вкусные завтраки в ресторане. В честь дня рождения после прогулки обнаружили подарок. Очень приятно. В номере было чисто и убрано.

Приезжали с супругой на новогодние праздники. Тихий, спокойный отель, несмотря на большое количество гостей. Очень вежливый персонал, доброжелательно встретили, быстро заселили. Особенно порадовали завтраки, очень вкусные).

Заселили в номер 65 с ужасным запахом канализации, но источник вони установить так и не удалось, но это не из ванной комнаты. В душевой кабине была чёрная плесень. К счастью был свободный номер, куда нас переселили. В номерах очень жарко, батареи кипяток. Если вы любите проветривать, то будете неприятно удивлены, что открыть окно в номере не так просто из-за очень странной конструкции окон. На завтраки не ходили, по отзывам поняли, что лучше заказать додо в номер. Под конец администраторы Дмитрий и Екатерина испортили все впечатление от поездки своей хамской, менторской манерой общения. Сервисом и индустрией гостеприимства тут и не пахнет. За выселение на 1 час позже мы заплатили 50% от стоимости суток, будьте внимательны. Как вариант переночевать подойдёт, если нужно большее, то лучше переплатить.

Заселились в отель 14 июля, персонал был приветливым, получили карточки от номера, пока не пришли в номер. Заказывали и оплачивали заказ на островке, цена около 15к за 3 дня. Оказалось что номер с раздельными кроватями, в номере была пыль, попросили поменять номер за доплату, но увы других мест уже не было, сейчас ищем другой отель с одной двуспальной кроватью. Неприятный опыт т.к медовый месяц испорчен
