Location was excellent, very quiet area. The only inconvenience was: -On 4th night, bathroom ceiling was leaking water and we had to be moved to another room. -Had to call guest services to request new fresh towels and other items since housekeeping does not check rooms every day. - There is no hot breakfast. Just a few ”to-go items”. -Hardly any cold water in shower.

My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel for about a week during which time we were accused of smoking on the premises when neither my wife or I smoke first it went from the alarm went off to housekeeping and staff walked by and smells a strong odor coming from the room to then it be a supervisor walking by and smelling a strong odor and then when we finally said, please come in because we don’t smoke and they saw that we had the window open. It turned into all we had a security guard that walked by and Shasha buddy, hanging out the window and smoking if which, if that was the case I’m sure they would have led with that rather than give us the eight other excuses first , furthermore, if Security actually saw somebody hanging out the window smoking, I’m sure we would’ve gotten an immediate phone call from the front desk regarding the danger of somebody hanging out the window and the fact that they don’t allow smoking on the premises. It is my opinion as my wife’s as well with the only reason that they continuously said these things was to try and get us to leave early so that they could rent the room out to somebody at full price because we were getting the room at a discounted rate. Disappointing to be treated like you’re less of a customer because you use one of these third-party applications the gentleman at the front desk was very hospitable. However, everybody else is there was extraordinarily disrespectful as a complete and utter opposite.

Went to Boston for a Red Sox game on Saturday and didn’t want to pay crazy city prices for Friday night. Stayed here since it was only 30 minutes from Boston. Very clean, pleasant front desk, VERY friendly staff member who ran the breakfast. Also had gluten-free packaged muffins and bagels. Legacy Place mall across the street. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel location is good, next to the highway. Across the road is a big mall, eating, drinking and having fun, wholefood supermarket food is very full. A Best Buy around, and a Costco, you can go shopping. Next to the hotel lobby is a Chinese restaurant, opened by Fuzhou people, with a buffet of 15 US dollars, affordable. The taste is very good. It is worth eating. There are many people every day. Hotel facilities are the level of Jinjiang Star in China. There is no refrigerator, no safe, no toiletries. If necessary, call to the front desk. The sound of the air conditioner is very loud. If you have a sleep disorder, consider other homes. Either turn off the air conditioner, I just do it. The nine-point gym has only treadmills and walking machines, and the pool is small. The front desk service is general, and there is no smile at all. The hotel is either self-driving or Uber, it is not convenient to walk, too biased.

I arrived at this hotel in the middle of a heatwave. There is a lot of glass in the entry ways so it was hot but I’m guessing it’s not always like that. I did really like the window nooks in the room. If I had more time it would have been the perfect spot to curl up with a book. Some staff wasn’t overly friendly but others really stood out; particularly after my stay. Just as I boarded the plane to go home, I realized that I left my full makeup bag in the bathroom of my room. I called the hotel and was told that housekeeping had collected it and saved it for me. Then enters Frank… he happened to be who answered the phone when I called and helped me coordinate getting it shipped back home. I had just purchased all new higher end makeup so Frank made my day! Moral of the story is the staff at this Hilton will help you when you need it!

Stayed two nights at this hotel on our trip to Boston. Lots of amenities around and am easy drive to the near by train stations which is why we coffee this hotel. The hotel itself from the outside looks terrifying and very run down. There are multiple buildings, two one level and one two level building. We stayed in the test level building. The room itself is much nicer than the outside of the hotel and appears somewhat newly renovated. The bathroom however is declining not renovated and could use a little TLC. The vanity is very dingy, the heater in the bathroom was disgusting and super old. The bathtub was very rough feeling and just super old and don't looking. The bed was comfortable and pillows were good. There is a fridge, microwave, decent size tv, and two chairs in the room. We encountered a toilet that wouldn't flush as there was no water in it when we got there. I didn't get the staff members name but he was there both evenings we stayed. He was extremely helpful and handled the situation well. We related the problem and within minutes he came to attempt to fix the issues, he couldn't so placed is in a different room. Excellent service. The breakfast was suppose to start at 7.. we went on our first morning at 7:05 and nothing was out. We went back at 7:15 to find two kinds of cereal, bananas, donuts and some bread. The juice machine want working and the cereal I after was so stale I just had to throw it out. There was a very tiny little table to sit at. The parking lot is very small and if you have a bigger vehicle it would be a nightmare. Overall the hotel was okay. It wouldn't be my first choice to stay at again but it was on the cheaper side. I feel that there are just so many other places to stay I probably wouldn't pick this hotel. In general the hotel was quiet, no street noise however where the floor is laminate we could head everything above us when the people walked.
