visited for valentine's day, booking direct which was cheaper. the spa is good but it can get busy. the outdoor plunge pool was sooooo cold! the sauna and steam were hot. we had a treatment each which was good. the meal was nice and you can eat in ur robe which is good. the changing rooms are a shocker. unisex and no cubicles so either get changed in the toilet or the warm shower cubicle with a wet floor?! it was quite expensive but as a one off was reasonable

Do not bother! After a very stressful start to the year things getting better we booked for the family , myself, husband and 3kids. ( 14,16,19) I call them kids as I always see them as that. When we arrived we went straight over to our lodge. Clean and looked stunning. However, the hot tub had dirt around the top, the wooden flooring outside was moulding and smelt off. When we all went over to the club bar, staff was so rude! Un helpful and looked at us like dirt , like they knew we was visiting. From the conversation they was having with the men at the bar in golfing gear I came to an understanding they was regulars. Very over priced for the stay. The staff I wouldn’t give 3stars as very common as muck spoken. Over all disappointing. Will be sticking to our regular stays from now. Shame

Fab overnight break in the VIP garden pods. Had a great time staying here in lovely weather, had everything you could need - even cups ready with spoons in so you can make a brew; coffee, teabags and sugar was provided. Microwave, fridge, freezer was also a nice touch - even a bottle of milk in the fridge. The hot tub was ready for when we checked in and it was so nice to relax especially with dressing gowns and slippers provided. We ordered pizzas from the lodge for tea which were lovely, other people had BBQs next to their pods.

Amazing spa break - arrived mid morning and had a lovely greeting with a health shot and hot flannel. Then shown round the spa by a spa butler you could use on arrival day 9am to 6pm. The spa butlers even delivered drinks to the pool. Slippers, towels and lovely big fluffy dressing gown to use too. Lovely spa rooms including steam and sauna and an amazing small outdoor infinity pool. Had natural swimming pool, obviously it is freezing but definitely worth a quick dip! Lunch was included in the package, lovely outlook over the gardens and golf course, 2 courses both lovely. We both had a spa treatment which was lovely. Our room was lovely even with an outside bath on balcony! Only issue was they only did one bed which was huge but twins would be a good idea I was surprised they didn’t do these. Lovely products and no single use plastics which everyone should embrace! Room and bathroom spotless and very modern. Package included a 2 course evening meal, which again was very filling and delicious. All the staff we encountered were helpful, friendly and made you feel a valued guest - well done everyone for making our break so special. Also breakfast included with good choice all cooked to order. Can’t wait to go back. Large car park on site too and not far from rooms.

First impressions of the lodge were great and the hot tub was lovely. However did find it noisy as grounds people keeping all the grass & brushes cut start very early in the morning! Access to some lodges could be tricky as only a drop off section for two cars and about 10 lodges. We found The Oak room a lovely venue however the pizza”s very underwhelming and pricey.

Like others have posted, fell foul of this resort cancelling our booking on the morning of our arrival when we had already set off. Not offered an alternative. No thought about your disappointed kids and how you’re going to book somewhere else at such short notice whilst you’re waiting 3-4 days for your card to be refunded. Never again !

We came for our mini moon. Laceby Manor was excellent. The lady who welcomed us at the lodge reception knew who we were before we said our name. The lodge we stayed in was Moonlight, it had a hot tub and sauna. Absolutely spotless and so cute!! We had dinner in the Oak room our first night. Staff were lovely and food was delicious. Day 1 at the spa was a delight. The spa is spotless. Marj the spa butler was so friendly and attentive, she gave us a very detailed tour of the facility and this prompted us to book the mud rasul for the following day. The ability to order drinks to the loungers was a nice touch. We had a Voya facial each at 2pm. Lisa and Zoe were brilliant, they popped us in the couples couchette after. That evening we ordered pizza and collected it from the Oak Room to have in the lodge, very tasty and they called us to let us know it was ready. Day 2 at the spa was even better than day 1, again spotless. Although clearly more people it didn’t feel it was overcrowded in the slightest. Service from the butlers and receptionists was still incredible, Marj even asked us if we slept well and asked if we were looking forward to our mud rasul. Massages at 11am were lovely by Aimee and Zoe, again off to the couchette afterwards. We enjoyed the facilities before lunch, could not fault a thing. Everything worked to the highest standard. The mud rasul at 3pm was brilliant. So well explained by the spa butler whose name I’m sorry I didn’t catch, the added infused water was well needed and a nice touch. On our last evening, we had dinner in the Oak Room, again, delighted. Food delicious, service brilliant. Not to mention we had breakfast for 3 mornings which was fab! We can’t thank you all enough for making our stay so special. We can’t wait to come back. Claire & Mahendran.

Avoid the spa !! Horrendous abusive staff I have never been spoken to so horrendously in front of people. The customer service needs to be really looked into asap as It’s a real disappointment as the log cabins are great and you will loose a lot of business.
