Very average, no impression at all

This location still advertises an on site restaurant but it is no longer opened. Deceiving…disappointed. They end breakfast at 9am…. Should go until, at least 10.

Older holder hotel good stay for the price hotel pool and restaurant we’re good free breakfast was good as well

I reserved a king room, they “didn’t have any left” so we got a queen handicapped room. There were ants all in the bathroom. We asked for another room and got 2 queen beds. It was fine. The staff was nice about it but will absolutely never stay here again.

Overall this place has potential. The pool is a really good size but it is not cared for there is food and towels laying all over the place, hair floating in the pool. If you don’t have the staff to care for the pool or pool area don’t have the pool open. The room was dated but clean and tidy.

My stay would have been even better except for 2 things. The beds were a little hard and the indoor pool was ice cold!? One of the reasons I booked here is so my kid could use the pool.

Very friendly service at the front desk and at the complimentary breakfast. Appreciated the hospitality!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Best Western North Haven last night after a day of traveling. All we wanted was a good nights rest. Unfortunately that did not happen because there were dogs barking all night long in the room next to ours. It was very annoying and difficult to fall asleep to.

Parking area lighting is very good. Doors on outside werenot that secure.

All the breakfast items were cold. The warming trays weren't plugged in. The fire alarm went off at midnight because some people were smoking up their room (not the hotel's fault) but it then took them an hour to fully turn the alarm off (hotel's fault).

The carpet cleaning perfume is so overwhelming I got a migraine because of the smell. The level of cleanness is less then average and the furniture is broken down. On a better note the staff was very friendly especially Kristen at the restaurant during the breakfast. She was very warm, smiling and very helpful.

The hotel is average. It is quiet and the staff are great. There is lots of parking. The dining room was closed and there are not a lot of restaurant options in close proximity at night after a long drive.

Very nice, relatively inexpensive hotel. Has a nice little gym, a pool, bar and restaurant. Great breakfast included. Stayed here many times and will be back again in the future.

My original room was double booked. Ended up walking in on a very surprised young lady. Took nearly an hour to get my new room ready.
