The hotel is in close proximity to the airport. Special mention for the excellent and highly trained staff. Very polite and helpful. Room was spacious and bed and linen was comfortable and cleaned. Dinner was excellent and very reasonable. Would definitely recommend for families and couples for their coimbatore stay.

Had worst experience with this hotel. Rooms was not cleaned and linen was not changed before chec-in and bathroom light was not working, upon multiple calls changed the room. Food was okish... They told before check-in free drop facility to airport. But when we asked during check-out they told they can't give, we have to arrange our own cab. Pathetic service.

Booked this hotel for 1 night stay near Coimbatore Airport. It was rated as 4 star and had paid INR 4500 per night through an Online booking portal. When entering the hotel, the reception and lobby was dirty and smelly. The floor of the lift was not cleaned for days. When I entered the room, the linen was not fresh and the towels were smelling bad. Room had a TV, but no remote control. Had a tea maker, but no spoon. Nobody answers if we call the house keeping. When we talk to the person at the reception, he does not respond. Waste of money.

It was a painful experience with this hotel I had booked 30 standard rooms at the rate of 3000 each for my daughter’s wedding function. At tha same time I had bookings at zone connect for 2850 per room but they forcefully made us to accommodate the suites and family suite rooms that to without consulting me as I was the authority… leave that the height of conning me was no one availed extra beds in any room and I was charged for extra beds for 5 rooms. And I had booked 50 rooms at Gokulam park which was charged at 3500 and the suites for 5000 but here the suite room costed 7500 and the both are definitely incomparable the difference was like earth to sky.
