Wyndham Garden Warsaw

Two words to consider before booking. Black mold. Nothing works properly. Bed has weird metal around bottom that will irritate the soul out of your body, don’t move while you sleep!

The hot tub was not working. The guest services guy took forever to check us in. There was a fire and cops came in with guys claiming there was a shooter when there wasn’t.

Hot tub was broken all weekend along with no towels for the pool all weekend and limited towels for room. It was my family of four which was booked as four and could not provide enough towels for us.

No hand soap in the bathroom. Had to wait 20 minutes at the front desk to check in because nobody was attending to it. Got kicked out of the bar 45 minutes before it was closed. No tissues (just an empty box). All of the hand sanitizer stations were completely empty. We've stayed there several times but this will be the last.

No hot tub, pool was dirty, my husband and I wwete disappointed about hor tub being down as we really enjoy that in a stay. No hot water in bathroom. Pool was dirty. Wont stay again

There was no one at the desk when I checked in for over 5 minutes and when my husband went to ask a question. There was no glass ware of any type in the room. The toilet was not seated to the floor. The bed sound like a kettle drum getting in and out of it or if you moved to much. A cockroach was in the door way. Lastly the Internet did not have a secure connection for my husband computer.

I stayed for 9 sleeps My room was fully cleaned and bed made maybe 4 times I had to ask for towels and toilet paper

The fort desk guy let same rando guy grab my 7 year old nephew ..and they never told the guy to leave .really upset about it .

We got there and were told the hot tub was not working. When I asked if it would be fixed, they said nothing, then I asked how long it had been broken and they said over a month. Our bathtube would not drain in our room. The toilet had a hard time flushing and the remote to the TV hardley worked. The bed frames were supposed to be for 2 queen size beds, but full mattresses were on them. My son and I had been so excited about going back to the Wyndham after having many special memories in the pool and hot tube, arcade. We were very disappointed with the condition of the hotel. We were supposed to stay 2 days and decided to check out a day early and go home.
