External property is quite beautiful and in a wooded setting. The room we stayed in (in main building) needs an update from a decor perspective. The room and bathroom were very clean but window treatments, wall decor, wallpaper, rug, bathroom are quite outdated. The bedding was very nice and the bed itself was very comfortable.

Honestly this place reminded me of a senior living center, smell and all. The pool is only 4ft no shallow water, and has this metal pipe going along both sides, felt slimy coming out of it. The jacuzzi is apparently in the locker rooms, I didn’t go as I was hoping to do a couple jacuzzi , nope. The beds were SOOOOO uncomfortable , tossed and turned all night long. No fridge, no microwave in room… walls are super thin. Checkout was a nightmare, when I asked the guy if he was checkout he told me “not yet” … what?! Then proceeded to charge my card 3 times (thankfully it declined) I had already paid! And when trying to tell him this he didn’t listen. Worst stay I’ve had in awhile & very overpriced for this stay. Also If your allergic to bees like me, bring your epi!!!!

I just had my first experience at The Spa at Norwich Inn and it was outstanding. My boyfriend and I stayed for two night and we received a few spa treatments. The spa treatments were incredible, as was the service from both the spa, the inn and both restaurants. Needless to say, I was planning my next trip here on my way home from here. What an unbelievable place, can’t wait to go back!

Excellent overall stay just wish it had an ice maker somewhere to get ice for room without calling front desk. Excerise classes are very basic shouldn’t let just anybody take them especially if they have physical limaitions.

Very clean. Staff very nice. Great location. However hotel is very dated. Needs updating but the hotel was fine for an overnight stay.
