required early check out due to hotel safety issue, and no reply. Hotel could not do anything about phone calls harassment during midnight on first day stay in the hotel  for both our rooms. Strange people followed us in the hotel Lobby and got up to gust room level without any security. Obviously we had been monitoring and targeting. It was unsafe to keep staying in the hotel. we had to move to another hotel on the next day.

Even though the hotel facilities are a bit dated, they are still functional. The branded toiletries are a nice touch, and the hygiene is relatively thorough. The room itself is standard for an old five-star hotel, and the service in general is quite good. It offers excellent value for money and is a solid choice in this city.

The hotel is right next to the train station, making it extremely convenient for travelers arriving by train. Getting to the Old Town from the hotel is also very easy. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, but the facilities are a bit dated, and there was a strong odor from the bathroom drain.

Overall, it was just average. The location was decent, but nothing else particularly impressed me. The only thing going for it is the Sheraton brand.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and city center, and offers comprehensive facilities, though the pool is rather small.

Nice and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and location. Spacious room. Will be even better if the room has USB socket.
