服務熱情，歡迎茶水聽説是老闆特意交代做的。林芝最近一直下雨，一進門就有紅棗薑茶可以喝，這樣的用心酒店確實很少遇到了，前台女領班，做事用心負責，整體好評

服務很差。第一，我想要兩張房卡，前台服務員很不開心，哪裡的五星級服務不是2張房卡？我想問問。我付款了按金，難道多一張房卡就讓你不爽了？第二，房間配兩雙拖鞋，我洗澡把鞋子弄濕，讓服務員送兩雙拖鞋，他既然和我説，要收費？我所住過的五星級酒店，這是頭一次遇到要拖鞋收費。這樣的服務合適五星嘛？

林芝名人酒店該酒店
設施完善，衞生乾淨，酒店在市中心的位置周邊環境好，外出吃飯購物和出行都很方便的，酒店的服務還行，早餐比五星級的酒店差了一些，但是也能吃好，房間的空間比較大是一家很不錯的酒店。
