+ Good central location in Nyon near the old town and the train station Nice spacious room - The AC dind't work properly in our room, it got very humid during the nights, despite the AC running and the bathroom door closed. We even tried to air out the room before sleeping. The hotel staff tried to help which I appreciated, but in the end it just felt like a sauna and we had to sleep both nights with open windows, despite the street being loud right outside the window all night. I reached out to the hotel and they offered no refund but a discount for our next stay, excluding the dates which would have been most useful for us. When I asked what specific disocunt the hotel had in mind and if was possible to not have any block out dates - the hotel stopped responding. That's not a very nice way to treat costumers, costumers that are willing to come back despite the conditions provided uring our last stay.
