There was clothes in the drawers from who knows when, smelled of cigarettes, dirty carpet, trash under the bed. Resevrved a room and it wasn’t ready upon arrival at 4. Poor management. Rude clerk.

The people on top was too loud and noisy dragging their feet and stomping my bed was in the 1st floor couldn’t sleep because of the occupants on top floor

Great value for the price! Squeaky clean, if a bit basic/dated, but well maintained and just a short walk from the beach, what more could you ask for? Staff were really helpful.

Listen to the negative reviews. Not a clean hotel, but i guess you get what you pay for. Price was good, location was right by the beach. Room had odor, mold in the fridge, tv didn't work, wi-fi unstable

Stayed in 119 Needed help getting internet to work and help for old HVAC. All problems resolved.

Its was nice 10 minutes to the beach. The manager Lerry very nice person and the room was very clean. I recommend it.

Like: Oceano Beach is walkable. Nice Mexican restaurant across the street. Near the city center.
Dislike: No coffee maker. no hangers

The staff were great. The room was clean and fresh. However, no coffee in room. We stayed on the first floor and the noise from above was horrible and loud. I compare to sound of running bulls. Across the room, down the stairs, too loud.
