Wonderful experience. Room (311) was clean, vinyl floor 👏🏻, quiet, comfortable, all staff encountered were friendly. Common areas clean. Lots of nearby restaurants. Only downside: No refrigerator or microwave. Would stay again. If a scratched bed frame is the only thing you can/need to complain about I feel sorry for you. Why do you “look” for stuff. Some reviews make me wonder how their home would review/be rated by others.

Dirty linens and dark rooms, had horrible experience with staff and overall experience was not pleasant. first and last time staying with them. Manager is mean as well, you can get there to experience it.

Location is easy on/off 40. Check in was pleasant and fast. Staff is very professional and accommodating. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The room is small, it was a king room, but no place to lay out 2 suitcases. Only one chair and a desk chair. They have those barn doors for the bathroom- who thinks this is a good design ? Breakfast was not included, but you could purchase both breakfast and dinner in the hotel. I thought the signage could be improved. There is no sigh to indicate where the elevator is if you look down the hall, the sign is actually parallel to the hall so it was easy to walk past it. Nice option, I recommend this hotel as nice place if you are driving across the country

Staff was extremely nice and helpful in every aspect - front desk, food service, room cleaning, even helping to get us to the airport. We were there for a 10 day horse show, thank you for making the stay an enjoyable one.

Customer service was good. We got in late and the hotel was willing to still pick us up from airport which was nice. Hotel was clean but basic. Although furniture was torn up. Some was outdated. The best part of the room was the bathroom. Fine for a last minute one night stay but wouldn’t stay again. Don’t have big expectations of this place.

We had requested two queen beds and when we arrived we were given a king room with a pull out sofa. We all know the sofa beds are not that comfortable. Had others in our group that had requested two queens also and were not given the correct room.

The staff went out of their way to provide good service. Shuttle transportation was prompt, friendly and helpful. They even took us to a restaurant and picked us up after dinner - exemplary service. Hotel clerk allowed us to store our bags in a secure area for a few hours after our stay.

My plane was diverted to Oklahoma after being on a plane for over 6 hours. The staff at this hotel is what you would expect from family. They are very warm and welcoming, they understand how stressful our situation is and make it better, fast and easy to check in. From Sebastian to Sumeet, reception staff and kitchen staff this place is amazing. Food was exceptional and the waiter (did not get his name) was beyond amazing and lively. I wasn’t able to try his coffee but he says it is amazing. I was only able to sleep for 3 hours but the room and the hotel were clean and tidy. I couldn’t have been stranded in a better place, these people know hospitality, you won’t regret your stay!
