Hotel legal, com um excelente parque aquático e muitas opções de lazer (especialmente para crianças). O quarto deixou um pouco a desejar pela falta de conforto. Pelo preço pago poderia ser melhor. O check in demorou muito porque havia pouca equipe para atender o grande número de pessoas. Poucos elevadores. Fica um pessoal no hotel te abordando para vender cota de novos empreendimentos… desnecessário isso. De resto ok.

A estadia foi boa para o período (alta estação), porém o restaurante do hotel deixou muito a desejar, estive no hotel outras vezes e me desapontei com o quanto a qualidade da comida caiu, pelos valores que paguei na meia pensão valeria mais a pena ter jantado fora do hotel, pois hoje a cidade tem muitas opções e bem mais baratas do que o hotel, outro ponto são os preços, tudo absurdamente caro, se quer mesmo visitar prepare o bolso.

O hotel é absurdamente cheio o que afeta diretamente na qualidade de tudo. É uma mistura de hotel com gente que compra cota. Uma verdadeira confusão. As piscinas todas muito sujas. Água turva e cheia de cabelos e dá pra ver o óleo por cima da água. A única parte do hotel que é limpa é o restaurante. Os corredores e escadas acho que nunca viram uma vassoura. A cama então nem se fale. Uma cama de casal com dois colchões de solteiro. Fica um vão no meio. Horrível. Não pretendo voltar nunca mais e acho que essa propriedade denigre a imagem “Wyndham” que é mundialmente famosa. Já estive em outras propriedades Wyndham que não tem nada a ver com esse padrão de qualidade

Fomos no Réveillon e claramente o hotel nao dava conta da quantidade de hospedes. Não tinha nem cadeiras, nem guarda sois suficientes. Nem funcionários para limpeza dos quartos. Super lotação total. Tivemos uma viseira furtada na cadeira da piscina, isso dentro de um hotel “familiar”. Nenhum respaldo ou devolutiva por parte do hotel. Enfim, nao recomendo.
