The condition of the hotel was great since it was newly built. However, when we checked in and got our room keys for the 3rd floor (which was the top floor), we walked in the room and immediately smelled cigarette smoke. When we made the reservation, it said non-smoking. We went back to lobby and explained. Also told them my husband is asthmatic so we couldn’t stay in that room, she explained the 3rd floor had smoking rooms even though that wasn’t disclosed online. She switched us to room on 1st floor. We had to forego king bed that we reserved but the double bed room was nice, clean, and spacious. Beds weren’t great. And I could clearly hear all footsteps above us. Only other complaint is breakfast. Don’t expect any hot breakfast. No eggs or any protein of any sort. No meat or even yogurts. They only had cereal, muffins, and make your own waffle. It was a great price to stay here, but I would prob pick the Hampton across the street next time.
