Stayed at this hotel in October after a number of cancellations due to covid. And this hotel was well worth the wait. We stayed to 2 weeks and we couldn’t not find 1 fault totally enjoyed our stay. We have booked up to go straight back on the 30th April. Staff in this hotel are first class from reception to bar and entertainment. Everyone is so polite and friendly they are a credit to this hotel.

Fantastic stay at pine valley. This was our second stay here. All the staff super attentive - and especially Aguero. He was the life and soul of the hotel. Kept everyone entertained - kids and adults. Entertainment great in the evenings. Bingo, Turkish dancers, magic show - something on every night. 100% recommend.

Another fantastic stay at this hotel we stayed at the Pine Valley from 7th October until 17th October arrived at night and was cheerfully met by a porter who took up to reception where check in quick and efficient. Moving onto our stay we stayed in the 900 block which we had stayed in before so we knew it would be spotless. the staff every single one of them always greeted you with a smile. our friend arrived on the 11th but unfortunately his suitcase did not.I just wanted to put a big shout out to Meggie the guest relations lady who done everything she could do to help my friend with his issues as his case had all his medicines in there. Meggie is an organiser and Friend sometimes a social worker and someone who goes ABOVE and BEYOND to help anyone with issues ,facts information about the hotel and surrounding areas a great asset to this Great Hotel we'll be back next year.

Had a fantastic 10 days here from 4th to 14th October. Rooms a bit tired but that's to be expected at the end.of the season. Rooms were cleaned daily by friendly maids. The bar staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The main entertainment manager was Agweryo ( excuse my bad spelling of his name) and he was excellent at his job, geeing the guests up. The grounds of the hotel are kept clean, swept a few times throughout the day. The swimming pool area is mopped daily. The pool itself was very inviting, with a selection of inflatables available for all ages. There is a kids pool with slides and more inflatables. There is an onsite spa (charges apply) which some of our group opted for, we all had a Turkish bath on our first day, would highly recommend this. The blocks are only at most 3 floors and were kept clean at all times, there is an external lift to take you from the ground floor to the other two floors and accessibility ramps at all levels. Food was a bit "samey" but it was good, cooked well and tasty. We are all going again next year

Absolutely brilliant hotel with superb staff, I always a certain hotel was the best in the area BUT Pine Valley has smashed it out the park. From the cleaners to the reception staff they are all exceptional and cannot do enough for you , the quality of the hotel can not be beaten and are cheaper than other hotels in the area. To everyone I want to say a big thank you and can’t wait to come back next year for both of our visits the this wonderful country. Steve (room 311)

I have never written a review but felt on this occasion that I couldn’t not. My 13 year old son and I arrived for a 11 night stay having booked our holiday only 36hrs prior to our arrival. We arrived at 2am very tired to be greeted by very friendly and kind reception staff and shown to our room. We were not disappointed! Having booked a twin room we were kindly given a spotless and quiet room that could accommodate 5-it has huge! The hotel itself was spotless with just the most lovely staff who were kind , gentle and very efficient. Our room would have been cleaned daily had we wanted it. The pools were spotless and entertainment varied from bingo to Turkish belly dancing to a Columbia dance show. The head of entertainment was entertainment himself. With his booming voice he pitched it perfectly to make sure everyone had the best time. The food was simple and beautifully cooked and very good value. There were always at least 3 choices with lovely prepared salads and fresh fruit. Breakfast was perfect with amazing Waiter service and fresh omelettes and pancakes. A special mention to the hotel’s guest services manager Maggie. What a star and asset this lady is to the hotel. She clearly runs a tight and happy ship and ensures that all her guests are having an enjoyable time. She worked her magic with my son and even got him feeding the hotel’s tortoises…Maggie created such happy memories for my son which was a gift for me to witness. The Turkish bath/massage in the hotel spa is a must! We will definitely be back! The best holiday ever-thank you!

We enjoyed our stay minus a couple of details.. When we arrived at the hotel we were informed that to use the bar / restaurant and any products in the room fridge it all gets added to a bill which must be paid by card in pounds. Me and my partner took lira as our holiday money and so wanted to spend this rather than an extra bill on our pounds for home. The drinks at the hotel were quite expensive so this bill can wrack up quite quickly. Something to be aware of. The room was nice, clean and a wee balcony. The only downside to the room we were in was the wifi did not work. We booked bed and breakfast but only attended breakfast once as we didn’t enjoy it. Pool was great and plenty of sun loungers. Slides are good fun. Overall was a pleasant stay.

A large group of us stayed for a week and overall were happy with the hotel. The breakfast was above average. I'm not going to compare it to an English breakfast as many do because we were in Turkey! There was a decent choice even though it was a little repetitive. We didn't eat at the hotel of an evening as there's so much choice nearby. The rooms were good, not big but clean with ok beds. Small balconies but not an issue for us. Showers powerful and always plenty of hot water. The pool area was good with plenty of beds available. A word of warning though, the sunbeds collapse without warning on the highest setting! We witnessed several incidents of people relaxing back on their bed then hearing a loud crack followed by fits of hysterical laughter from other holidaymakers. Luckily, no injuries were witnessed! Food from the poolside bar was good but better glasses are required. The other downside was the gym. Two treadmills which need chucking in a skip as they are broken and my mate lifted one of the weights and a load of sand spilt out. This facility should be closed. The bar of an evening was good with regular entertainment but pricy drinks. Another small downside is that the safety deposit boxes are all in the reception area. Not ideal really. Despite the negatives it wasn't bad at all.

From the moment we arrived we had the best welcome and memhet showed us to our rooms and carried our cases . The room was quite small but big enough for one person and it was spotless . I was in block 1 on the third floor and my friend on the ground floor . The view from my room was great looking over the hotel pool next door . The breakfast was excellent and so much fresh choices and variety . The Chef making the pancakes and omelette was so very good and both tasted delicious especially the pancakes with lemon and sugar . The pool area was fabulous and never an issue getting a sunbed . The pool bar serves great food and drinks and Karem was such a smiley waiter . Aguero was so very funny and very good at entertaining especially on the bingo and Karyoke night . Sorry we did not say goodbye from Jane & Meena
