Girişteki karşılama personeli bilgisizdi , bizden nakit ücret talep etti kart uzatmama rağmen . Akşam 10 gibi giriş yaptık bize otel hakkında hiçbir bilgi verilmedi , kahvaltı saatleri bilgisi de verilmedi . sabah 10:30 da kahvaltı için aşağı indim görevli kişi bana “ bakayım saate , saat 10:31 olmuş 1 dakika geçmiş kahvaltıyı kaçırdınız , 8:30 - 10:30 saatleri arasındaydı , malzemeleri topladık bizim de kendi işlerimiz var kahvaltı yapamazsınız dedi . 400 TL ödedik , 400 TL ye alınabilecek en kötü otel deneyimi gerçekten . Otel’in yetkilisi görevlisini aradım ona da telefon ile ulaşamadım , girişteki çocuk ile otelin işleri dönmeye çalışıyor kayıt girişinden karşılamasından kahvaltısına kadar . Değersiz hissettiren bir ortam
