shower was terrible , it barley worked and it was confusing to work . other than that everything was great !

Absolutely no water pressure in the shower unleas it was ice cold. The windows were ao drafty that it was just so chilly.
The valet fellow was very nice and quick.

Nice hotel , nice bar. I did like that they have valet service, the downfall is there is only one person working the valet service and parking. So be prepared to wait. The room was nice, bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was poor. Also the tv in the room was unplugged from the wall to make room for fridge and the nespresso machine. I would stay again

Convenient location. Toilet in room leaked at the base and phone did not work. Very low water pressure. Might just have been the room because we’ve had nicer rooms there.

This hotel is in a good location if you are going to events downtown. It is interesting and different with an Alice and Wonderland type theme, just not for us. The rooms are very dark even with lights on. I had to use my flashlight on my phone to see what I was doing when making coffee in the morning. Lighting was terrible in the bathroom as well. Our view from the 7th floor was looking directly into peoples apartments in the building next to ours. When checking in the front desk told me we would have a view of city lights. There are steps (one going up and two going down) inside the room which could be dangerous, especially with the lighting issue. The bartender was almost impossible to get an order in to even though there were only two other customers (One of them clearly being his friend). The shuttle driver was nice and accommodating. The room was clean. It wasn’t terrible just not for us.

Staff was friendly and prompt. I will say that reaching them by phone is difficult. The room was very clean. Charging station for devices. Lots of big fluffy pillows. Location is perfect for walking to a broadway show.

Our stay was good. Restaurant and bar were great! However I did "pay at hotel" which apparently was a terrible idea. The charge went through 3 weeks after our stay for an additional night that we didn't stay. It's been a struggle to get anyone at the hotel to answer the phone or figure out what to do now. Still waiting on a resolution with multiple contacts made.

We had a disappointing experience at what felt like the worst hotel in the universe. The absence of parking for our U-Haul was inconvenient, and despite the issues, they refused to provide a refund. Additionally, being in downtown added to the disappointment with its unclean surroundings.
