Extremely disappointed and disgrace stay. Not clean and don't be fooled by the picture. The car park is rubbish. My got scratched & when asked why under the hotel carpark there non resident bike park & caused damage to my vehicle, they had no proper response . Breakfast was unhygienic. Strongly discourage this place

Team. Hotel location is good. But room space very low. No visible boards. Hotel food medium.. No parking space

One of the worst stay ever, no parking space, rooms are like a cave and for one day early check out they didnt even give us our money. The owner was saying to talk to make my trip and make my trip is saying talk to owner. Useless and waste.

Room was very small. Difficult to move. Toilet was average. Staff were friendly. Complimentary breakfast was averaged

Service and staff are really good. Breakfast is good. Rooms are pretty small and congested and can hardly have space around bed, plan accordingly. Can only fit for two people max. Overall good for the price comparatively.

It was good, breakfast also good, I recommend to my friends and family, taking car bit difficult since it’s one way

Best stay in Ooty and the location at main place good and the customer service was very good and nice

Photos in trip are different actual rooms are different and entrie room was faulty. Noting was working starting from socket to light and loose tap to heater issue.

Nice stay and good complimentary breakfast. The surrounding area is calm and silent. It was a good experience staying here.

Location is good. Tiny rooms. Bathroom was stinking (maybe because we changed the room last minute. Their service is very good. Good buffet. I paid 3. 4k but room is not worth that money

Location, amenities and services are excellent. The breakfast they provide is also excellent. Overall experience is excellent.

The hotel services were excellent top notch. The staff were professional, provided me with a lot of extra services with no additional cost, rooms were clean. And most importantly the location is absolutely great. Just beside the botanical garden i had some amazing experiences. The only con is the room size is too small and i mean it. It's so small if you keep your luggage on the floor you won't be able to walk properly. This can be a major issue to a lot of people

Location is good. 8-10 minutes walk to botanical Garden. You can find auto as well next to botanical Garden. Food was good. It was little expensive.
