Very good , but the air conditioning really smelling bad

This was an unexpected stay due to a flight cancellation resulting in weather conditions. The hotel is what one would expect for a convenient airport hotel. Great staff and a modern well-designed interior. Thank you staff for being so welcoming and accommodating.

This hotel is beautiful and the room is very spacious. Our main issue came with housekeeping not cleaning the room properly. On the day we checked in there was no soap. The phone did not work so we were unable to report it until we went downstairs for dinner. No one brought the soak so we purchased our own for the night. The next day housekeeper came and still no soap, the sand from the beach that was on the bathroom floor stayed there for the entire week as it was never swept. We did not receive soap until day#3 when i reported again and the front desk person text someone who entered the room and left the bottle on the dining room table. The sink also did not have dish soap for us to do our own dishes and housekeeping left the dishes daily without washing them and even when placed in the dishwasher it was left so we purchased our own soap and got it done on the last day. For the entire week our phone did not work in the room so i used the lobby on our floor phone or the front desk phone to confirm our trips. The restaurant was Ok but they do not have a lot of options if you do not eat meat.

Great stay walking distance from the airport literally it’s in the airport parking lot so convenient when traveling for an overnight. No beach or anything is around very nice though, definitely need a car. They have a pool and full dining options and is very clean. The checkin staff was great, however when stopping to get a drink or towels the team seem not to be able to do two things as once for instance we had one face towel in our room we call downstairs and we were told “I’m checking someone in and have to call you back”, we never heard back. Oh we would like a Gatorade “well I’m waiting on someone at the bar”, we wait for 5 mins she never returned or even said I’ll be right there. So overall we are in Aruba pack patience and try to relax and slow down. Everyone is friendly, we only stayed for one night and free breakfast is included so it was better than what you don’t have to pay for … 😂

The facility is nice and new. There is a strange smell on our floor and room but I think it is a cleaning product they use that we don’t care for. When we arrived there was no linen for the pull out bed, an empty body-wash dispenser in the shower and the pull out bed was broken. The phone doesn’t work to call the front desk so we had to go physically down there. Every issue we brought up was addressed promptly, but I would’ve expected these issues to be dealt with prior to our check-in. The wait for our food in the dining room was over an hour-very understaffed.

Never again. Check-in on 3rd floor, no signs, sign for lobby in elevator, can’t use elevator without room key. Carried heavy bags up two flights of steps. Bar/restaurant service terrible. Out of beer on first night there, server at dinner totally ignored us after delivering menus, another server served us after realizing we were being ignored. There was only one other table occupied. Took 1.5 hours and had to track down server to get our check. Very nice hotel with some very nice staff members…some were rude. Free breakfast was good, don’t recommend the coffee creamer or yogurt. BTW, I am not one to normally complain, this was just not a pleasant experience.

The convenience of walking out the airport and straight to the hotel. Althougn hotel was not near any conviences a shuttle was available to take you down town to the beaches. The shuttle driver were excellent made you feel at home. The hotel staff were warm and friendly made you feel that your needs were important to them. Had a great time feeling welcomed.

The hotel is right beside the airport which was the reason for staying there. The hotel was clean but the room smelled very musty. Service in the restaurant was extremely slow.
