Never again. Check-in on 3rd floor, no signs, sign for lobby in elevator, can’t use elevator without room key. Carried heavy bags up two flights of steps. Bar/restaurant service terrible. Out of beer on first night there, server at dinner totally ignored us after delivering menus, another server served us after realizing we were being ignored. There was only one other table occupied. Took 1.5 hours and had to track down server to get our check. Very nice hotel with some very nice staff members…some were rude. Free breakfast was good, don’t recommend the coffee creamer or yogurt. BTW, I am not one to normally complain, this was just not a pleasant experience.
