The yellow duck family hotel I booked didn't have a bathtub. But Ctrip showed that it could be upgraded. The upgraded room I saw had a bathtub. When I went to the front desk to check in, I met a female receptionist. She was very disappointing. She didn't upgrade me and had a bad attitude. Everyone avoid her. Her name is Kangzhu! Kangzhu Kangzhu Kangzhu! Everyone avoid her! Don't check her in! She has a bad attitude! When her attitude was bad, a savior appeared. Her name was ”Wang Jianbo”. It can really be said that the hotel is blessed! The service was very good. He upgraded me and kept apologizing! It wasn't his bad attitude, but he apologized frequently! He also gave me a small gift! He served with his heart throughout the whole process! It was really great😎 The hotel was very good overall and the stay was very comfortable, so I stayed again! The downside was the female receptionist💁♀️

The check-in experience is perfect! The front desk checked in quickly and patiently. The room is super exquisitely decorated, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the toiletries are high-end fragrance brands, and even the welcome card in the details is full of warmth. The breakfast is rich in variety, with all kinds of Chinese and Western food, and the freshly made pastries and freshly squeezed juices are especially good! The gym and swimming pool facilities are brand new and complete, and the environment is also very clean. The location is excellent, and the surrounding business districts and attractions are within walking distance. I will choose here without hesitation next time I come, highly recommended!

Service: The service is highly commendable, starting with the warm, attentive, and meticulous service from concierge Xiao Zheng. He escorted us to the lobby and lounge area, issued our room card, and delivered it to our room. He also provided detailed information about the hotel, the surrounding area, and the food and beverage options, and offered tourist information. The front desk staff was also very friendly and helpful, always patiently helping with any questions. The service exceeded our expectations, and my family was delighted. Dining: The breakfast was quite varied, and the main flavors were excellent. I especially recommend the Mongolian milk tea, which was delicious (my grandfather also loves it). The celery apple juice was surprisingly tasty. I rarely write reviews, but I give this one a thumbs up! The Moutai Exhibition Hall really broadened my horizons!
