I didn't receive the text from the manager until after we had attempted to access our accommodations at the property. I received the text at 5:40 PM after we discovered we were locked out at 4 PM. My cell service caused the delay. It would have been better if the text was sent to me the previous day to allow for this delay. Therefore, we made other arrangements and did not stay at this property. As a result, of this circumstance, I formally request a refund. Thank you.
