Overall, a decent enough stay. Says it’s a 4 star hotel, but I definitely would say 3 star hotel tops. Pool was decent, room was fine. Definitely not the amenities I would expect in a 4 star hotel. No valet service offered. I think the hotel was just bought by Marriott so maybe they are in transition and it will be a little more upscale soon!

I booked the hotel through a blind box and it feels pretty good. The hotel lobby area is very comfortable, there is a food court on the first floor, and it is cost-effective. The hotel is not far from Icon park and Orlando eye, and you can walk there.

Very environmentally friendly hotel, with self-service purified water on each floor for drinking, and a Starbucks restaurant in the lobby. Very satisfying, and the waiters are very friendly

The price/performance ratio is very high. It's not far from the exhibition center by taxi. The neighborhood around the hotel is okay. The rooms are comfortable and hygienic. The facilities are a bit old, but not bad. I'll consider staying next time

Hotel Landy Was beautiful upon appearance but quickly turned into a nightmare while visiting. We did not get room service and had to wait extended time just to get towels. Our key stopped working and the Hotel Manager was unable to reset the key and told us the Hotel lost master key and there was no way to get in (despite my kids being sleep). I was told to wake up my kids after an hour being locked out. Hotel manager said she would compensate my stay and never did

Hotel was clean and nice, air conditioning was not so great. Room stayed 74 F and outside of room was hot.

I really enjoyed this hotel. Conveniently located close to the convention center which made our stay that much more enjoyable. Room and hotel was clean, updated and staff was very friendly!
